• Joseph (9/5): Close to cbd - Nice and quiet area. Heater did not work
• Melissa (2/5): Average. I won't return to this accomodation. - Good location, we stayed with other families which made it fun. Heater worked well. The bathroom was dirty, it had a bad smell unless the fan was running, the shower head with covered in limescale which restricted the water flow, the water come out in a piercing spray which hurt, the shower head was jammed and couldn't be adjusted. When I turned the element on the make dinner the fuse blew. The tv needs an update. The wifi didn't work.

• Phillip (4/5): - Good central location No recpetion or staff to be found when things go wrong. The room code locked us out at 9.15am on checkout day not 10am. With belongings still inside. Fortunately had my phone to ring the number. But it took 20 minutes and 3 phone calls to sort out. Had one very distressed child. Unsafe as child could have been locked in or out of room. Very dated rooms that Need a major overall . TV is about 20 years old. No streaming or apps. Bathroom light didn't work.

• Jackie (3/5): Sorry I have never left a bad review. - Good parking close to town. We had 3 guests only 2 towels. Upstairs noise from Bathroom travelled down to our room. Rubbish on the floor. When I booked I thought I was getting a seperate bedroom as that is how it was shown in the photo. Not Motel related but Neighbour dog barked to 11 then on & off during the night.

They need to clean the floor drain in the bathroom. The smell made me want to puke and there was no fan on the bathroom. If I was staying more then 1 night I would of asked for a new room

• OWEN (1/5): Short! and crazy! - Did not have time to even judge anything. Entered place, went for walk. Wife rang and said a freak storm had hit Penrith. Water pouring into house through roof. We went back grabbed bags and had to return, Spent 5 minutes in place. I advised the apartment and no response. Could have received a response.
• John (1/5): Not this place. Absolutely disappointing and disgusting. - The fridge was large which was a good sign. The service man who came out to repair shower head was fantastic and professional. Shower head broke off the first night,rusty and old. The vanity door came off its hinges due to the age and rust around the hinges. The kitchen light didn't work and the insects inside the light fitting in the bathroom. Carpet was old,everything needs to be upgraded. Something I never realised that I should of read was not fresh towels were changed. Beds we never made. There was no bin in the kitchen area. Only in the bathroom. Furniture was very old and worn out. A plastic pipe was clipped to the wall. Ive never seen anything like this. Theybeven sent me a message the day before saying i can have the late check-out up to 12:30pm but sent me another message saying 10am check out. If any later a $40 charge will be applied. Wtf. This place needs a massive makeover in and out.Never again.

• Henderson (5/5): It’s Served Its purpose, but will not be staying again - It was in one of the lower hotels that I’ve stayed at. It was very dated. The curtains didn’t quite close properly so there was light shining through all night They’re gone for no face-to-face contact so you get sent a code to your room. Have emailed three times for an invoice and still have not received one.

• Megan (8/5): Would recommend and will stay here again. - Large sized room, very clean and nicely set out with the towels on the bed and the desk and chair and outside furniture. Kitchen was old especially the stove which I didn't use. Good to have the microwave, fridge large in good condition. Thanks for the milk, very good. Dog barking in the house behind the room but stopped about 9pm and then very quiet which was great.

• Ian (8/5): An Oldie but a "Good un" - This is an older group of apartments/units. As they are old the outside brickas do have a "musty smell". However, the units themselves, even though being old, are great. They are large, clean and have excellent cooking facilities. Airconditioning is good and the beds are fantastic. No receptionist and just a code tom enter the room. The code's OK but no receptionist is very "off putting"

• Cherie (8/5): Great location - Stayed here for one night while in town to watch the Panthers vs Sharks game. It’s not overly fancy, but it’s practical, clean, and well-suited for a quick trip. Close to town and within easy walking distance to town and restaurants. No staff on site, you receive a text msg to check in online, you need your credit card and your driver's licence, you can't check it without it. You then receive a security code for the door by text msg. There was a small issue with the TV it was mounted slightly slanted, which was a bit noticeable, but not a major problem.

There was a neighbouring dog barking all night. Everything was old, the beds were uncomfortable. It all needs updating. I’ve stayed in regional places cheaper than this and nicer.
