Rick (8/5): Over all it was ok - Just like the ezy way to get in and location was fine. Clean and tidy as well. Check in time was 4 pm far too late for us had to sit around waiting to get in 😕. And then we had to be out by 9.30 am. Almost 7 hrs out of 24 not good enough.

Bown (6/5): We enjoyed our stay but the apartment needs some maintenance - We liked the location and the layout of the apartment. Sarah was lovely to deal with over the phone. The room was locked when I got there, the hot water was not working when we arrived, the central heating was intermittent, two of the shower heads were pretty much broken and were spraying water all over the bathrooms.

The gym downstairs uses barbells, and even after 9 PM, we. can still hear them dropping multiple times, causing the whole room to shake. It's quite uncomfortable. When too many people take showers in a row, there is no hot water left.

chelsea (4/5): "Complimentary" - I booked this room for 4 adults 1 child and 1 baby. The manager emailed and asked if I would like a complimentary upgrade however when we got there it wasn't an up grade she had not only taken away the reason why I booked the original room she also restricted our access to parts of the apartment stating "we hadn't paid for those areas". My view of a complimentary up grade must differ to others. Whilst staying here my baby became quite unwell. When I asked if we could have a late check out I was denied because they needed to get in and clean the room for the next people staying. Check out is at 9:30am and check in is at 4pm so it must be a hell of a clean to take 6 and a half hours. I won't be visiting falls creek again any time soon
