• Kaajal (7/5): SATISFACTORY - POOL KITCHEN COOKING FACILITIES. OLD UTENSILS WERE THERE AND I WAS UNABLE TO DO THE COOKING. IT HAD BLACK STAINS ALL OVER. NOT APPROPRIATE FOR COOKING.
• RobnAsh (6/5): Run down cabins great caravan sites - The place is awesome for kids. You would stay just for the water park/ bounce pillow and pool if you were in a caravan. We were in a cabin and it had a lot of issues. Just things that should have been fixed before. The cabins are rundown would be fine for a night. If you would like extra towels before 7 days you had to pay extra. ( we were there for 20 nights ) Once the issues were brought up they were quick to fix them. Also the most expensive washing machines $7 ! And mouldy.

No fan or aircon in second bedroom so it was hot even with the door open Staff were rude (male) approached our kids and blamed them for things that other kids were doing Male Staff member who approached our kids and was so rude, also was drinking on the job No aircon or fan in spare bedroom so it was pretty hot even with door open

• Brett (9/5): Nice and relaxing , other guests were very friendly. - The pool and the other equipment for kids to play and keep entertained. Mostly just things caused by the wet season so not the property management fault. Roads were rough , some rotting flooring in one of the rooms .

Dining chairs are plastic and not at all comfortable -pool had a lot of debris

We had Ants everywhere there was an old spill under coach the fridge is tiny range hood light didn’t work fan only works on 3 wifi was absolutely horrible didn’t work drops out. The pools are freezing and dirty washing machines are old and crap stayed in the cabins. Second last one

Also found the kitchen and all provided appliances very convinent. Only problem we had was ants, which would come into the kitchen from little holes along the window pane and form lines to the sink, etc.

Beds were comfy. Staff were amazing, welcoming and friendly! The cabin couch was awful! Lumpy and needed a good clean. Had some hot water issues in the shower and had to use bath towels for the pool. Once they were wet the first day, it was hard to have a dry towel for the remainder of our stay.

Got locked out of the front gate and told I wasn’t following the rules, the group next to us was doing the same thing. Questioned that and was told that they was “kicked out “when in fact they checked out, I know this because I asked the group that checked in after the previous group and they said that they booked in advanced. Toilet was blocked from the moment we got there, small blood blotches on the bed sheets.

When it rained our entrance way and parking spot would flood with water and our TV didn’t have any programs available to watch, wifi was also not available on our area
