• Avellina (10/5): I came for Medical reasons - and needed time to Chill out after surgery - Found the Hotel Perfect - I Loved the Location - the room had all the facilities if needed - spotless - very convenient Breakfast downstairs. Loved it. For the location and Price - and recently renovated rooms - Very Happy - Close to cafe.

• Colin (9/5): - Great location you can walk in to the city centre or catch one of the free Cat buses. Easy to walk to King's Park. Apartment had everything you needed and was spotless. Towels were changed every other day. Staff were very friendly and keen to help. The black decor.

We had both breakfast and lunch at the restaurant downstairs and it was very good. We had three of us and only two dining chairs so one had to stand, but all else was quite good

• Colleen and Brian (10/5): Anzac Service - The staff were excellent. Room spotlessly clean. Cleaning staff very helpful. The cafe on site has excellent food. Laundry room downstairs. Our room had been refurbished and had new carpet. Close to Kings Park for Anzac Day, although Mount Rd is a very steep hill. Staff ring direct for taxi, only waited about 5 mins for taxi. Footbridge over highway, and you are in CBD. Overall an excellent place to stay. Only negative is the hilly road and distance to public transport.

We have stayed here before and loved it but this time we were staying for our anniversary. Dinner at the restaurant was amazing, so unfortunately waking up with headaches, it ruined such a great night

• Julie (9/5): Amazing location! - One end of the street was a minute walk over a bridge to the CBD. The other end of the street was Kings Park! Excellent location. Amazing Cafe at the front door. Our room was a little dated.

• Roelof (8/5): - De accomodatie heeft meer weg van een studio dan een hotelkamer en is daardoor ruim. Er is een eettafel met meerdere stoelen, maar slechts één fauteuil. Openbaar vervoer (deels gratis) op loopafstand. Er is een kleine supermarkt op loopafstand. Er ligt een snelweg binnen gehoorafstand. Het balkon is te klein om comfortabel te zitten en je zit midden in het verkeerslawaai. De receptie is beperkt geopend. Er is een restaurant voor ontbijt en diner, maar die is erg populair en dus druk.

• Arkle (9/5): - Very clean, comfortable bed and lovely staff. Great location which is walkable to either the free Cat bus or into city centre. About a 20 minutes walk to Elizabeth quay or Kings park. The Mount cafe downstairs is open a few nights a week and I recommended trying it as the food is excellent. The accommodation is good value for money. A bit of traffic noise early morning but soon get use to it.
• Jessica (9/5): Very well located, great value for money! - Very well located. Had a little kitchen with a stove, it facilitated a lot for us that like to cook specially breakfast sometimes. We loved that they offered body lotion, shampoo, hair conditioning and soap of a very good quality, it really helped and was very nice of them! Plus, they have a wonderful cafe downstairs! It was just very delicious and facilitated our schedule! Plus plus: they have a parking lot! Not all of them do! It was full sometimes but definitely helped again, as we had a rented car! Overall, it was a very good value for money! The shower a bit unstable. Could easily get too cold or hot while somebody opened the dink tap!

I was told there was no room service upon arrival, however someone came to change my towels while I was out, and they let a wasp in while they were at it. Mini-fridge froze everything solid.

• Jason (10/5): Hidden gem Perth CBD great place to stay . Quiet at night, great breakfast spot right next door. - Great place to stay,really close to the convention centre and Perth CBD. A hidden gem of a place,very quiet at night,we felt safe and relaxed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The beautiful king's park is right there as well if you have time to see that, you can walk there, have a picnic, take some great photos. This lovely little hotel is on a tree lined street, there's a great breakfast spot right next door, definitely worth staying, wish we could have stayed longer! Beds were comfy, room was great!! There is limited parking at this hotel, there are some parking spaces on the quiet tree lined street out front and are available on a first there first in basis, meaning the spaces aren't numbered or reserved so if you leave that spot someone else could park there and you would have to park elsewhere. This didn't bother us because we travelled by train so didn't need parking, just thought it was worth a mention if you're traveling by car.

• Olivia (10/5): The perfect place to stay in Perth - We stay here whenever we visit Perth because the location is central (just a hill climb away from Kings Botanical Park and a short walk across the pedestrian bridge into the city) The rooms are very comfortable and the cafe out the front serves tasty food. Plus the team that work there are always lovely and friendly. Nothing.

• Judith (9/5): Very Comfortable Stay - The location is very good, with a short walk to the city & Kings Park. There is a great restaurant on the ground floor, and it can get very busy, especially at breakfast time on weekends. The attention from the staff is very friendly, helpful, & courtious. We would stay here again. Not much. We were in a studio room & stayed for 10 days. Next time, we would choose a one-bedroom apartment. The studio room had limited storage space for two people.

We didn't get a chance to eat at hotel but it was always busy with diners and very reasonably priced Very clean and crockery / cutlery etc of good quality. Was our own fault , but we arrived back at 21.05 on the Saturday and building was locked - we hadn't take the entry password with us !!
