- O'Donnell (1/5): Manager cannot be trusted and they owe us about $1600 - Nothing There was major construction noise from the unit next door from 7:00am in the morning. We were promised a refund for 3 nights by the resort staff and by a customer service member at Bookings.com and as a result we left and found alternate accommodation. It turns out the manager has gone back on our agreement and he has not refunded the 3 nights accommodation and he has also kept our $500 bond. Do not book here, the manager cannot be trusted. We will be taking matters further with the Ombudsman and the ACCC.

- Lena (7/5): Nice place but needs a few updates. - Great location away from the crowds right on the water. Nice pool, BBQ area and beach area. Our apartment said it had aircon but only had aircon in up stairs bedrooms. Bed was extremely hard. Couch and living room chairs were also super uncomfortable. No staff on the weekend so couldn’t get rackets to place tennis.

Our room was right at the fabulous pools and bbq area with the river just through a walkway. We had our own courtyard front and back. The bedrooms were great and the full kitchen was full of all necessary equipment plus more.

We stayed here last month and a week after our departure we received an email that we damaged a curtain and the property needed to get a contractor to quote a price to fix it. We did not damage this curtain but Skippers Cove refuses to believe us. They are still holding our $500 deposit for an undisclosed amount of time and still no information about how much this curtain we did not damage will cost us.

All cupboards, kitchen, laundry, bathroom are in need of replacement and look to have been repaired a number of times. Fly screen doors are old and need replacement. TV in bedroom not working. In General unit is looking tired and fails to meet value for money standards. Would not book this unit again.

- Sandra (8/5): Noosaville stay - We were booked into Unit 19. The Unit was clean and comfortable enough, except for the lounge suite which is need of a clean. Everything else in the Unit met our needs. We were advised that the Resorts reception wouldn't be open on the weekends which seems strange as I expect many people would commence their stay on the weekend. Our booking commenced on Saturday. We were emailed instructions how to access Unit 19 which was the Unit allocated to us. Initially we couldn't find Unit 19 as it had no number on the gate to identify it. We managed to work it out eventually. If the reception had been open we could have asked for assistance. When we did mention it to the woman on reception on Monday she couldn't believe the Unit was unnumbered. Later that day a maintenance person attached the number to the gate of the Unit. The pool was disappointing. Good for children but not really a pool for adults to swim. Also no pool/beach towels were provided. The reception advised they were available to hire for $5 each. Most other resorts and rental apartments in the Noosa area provide pool/beach towels at no extra cost.

- Ange (6/5): Paying for the location. A few small things could be updated to make it value for money. - The location was amazing. The barbeque area was lovely. The rooms were a great size and well stocked with everything you needed. The room needed a good clean. The carpet needed replacing, the back patio needed cleaning. The bedding was uncomfortable, and the pillows needed updating. The pool was a little tired yet they serviced it daily to ensure it was fine to swim in.

- Laurette (5/5): Disappointed with the condition for the price. - Great location,easy walking into Noosa and Noosaville. Great view over the water. Top floor apartment (12) was in need of a lot of maintenance,rust hole in the bath, cupboard doors hanging off,no cleaning products for toilet,floors, bench tops or bathroom. The pull out shade on the verandah didn't work( completely rusted). No vacuum cleaner for carpet areas. Only one single kayak available for use. Mentioned all of the above to management on day one with no resolution.

A lot of maintenance is required, for example some of the cupboard doors in the kitchen were off the hinges.

- Gallagher (10/5): - Great location, just far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough for a 15-20 minute stroll to Hastings St and Gympie Terrace. Could have had more than 1 kayak.
- Greta (3/5): Dated overpriced unit - The waterfront location is lovely and quite handy for families with little kids. The resort is between Noosa Heads and Noosaville so it is a decent walk to reach either of the villages. Our unit (16) was so dated, it was just simply disappointing. The old, heavily stained beige carpet everywhere was disgusting, the beds were so used and uncomfortable. The stairs were creaky, the locks stuck, doors didn't open or closed. I didn't make a complaint as the reception is closed on the weekends and we arrived on a Saturday and only stayed for 2 nights, but it was definitely the first and last time we stayed there. Way overpriced for the quality it can offer. Not recommended.

- adam (7/5): Good place. Paying for clean towels pulled the mark down a lot !!! - The location was good. Room was clean and tidy. Parking was good We were there for 5 days and if we wanted to get any clean towels it was $5 per towel. I found this was poor. The pool towels also $5

- Kathryn (9/5): Lovely apartment near Noosa Heads - A lovely poolside apartment, in a convenient and beautiful location. Spacious downstairs living area and kitchen, then upstairs to equally spacious bedrooms and bathroom. Loved the rock spa pool too!

- Meg (5/5): Wouldn’t book a pool room again, river front only even if to avoid the noise from the pool area. - Location being close to Noosa’s Hastings St and Noosaville. Clean and neat. Amenities were ok. Looking tired and unit is cheaply built dipping lower stair riser and a non-compliant staircase rail, dangerous. Very Noisy kids screaming for hours at the pool! Closing door and windows did nothing to help with noise levels. Person from no.19 Parking in the loading zone made it VERY DIFFICULT to park the car in the tight spots provided. Management should be all over this!
