Michelle (7/5): - I liked the location, easy walk to Charlestown Square, 15 min drive to beach & CBD, plenty of off street parking, the pool was a bonus & we enjoyed a swim...the barhroom included a hair dryer & hair straightener.. It's basic & budget friendly, clean, comfortable and met our needs... We arrived after hrs, no street signage on the road, made it difficult to find...no soap dish in the shower or towel rail / hooks in the bathroom

Jessica (6/5): - Location was perfect for my situation. We had 3 children and 2 adults. We fit comfortably in the room with kids having their own beds and my husband and I together. Beds were comfy. Walls were thick and didn’t let much sound through considering the people next door were partying late into the night and we didn’t hear a thing unless in the bathroom (it was NYE, it was expected). Bathroom was very small considering it was to hold 5 people sleeping but we made do.

Jessica (7/5): Convenient location, great staff, lovely pool in this warmer weather. - Close to the shops, the staff were very respectful of our privacy needs, and were kind and helpful whilst we were there caring for our child after recently having surgery. The staff are honest people. I accidentally left something important in the room after we had checked out and travelled 2hrs home, and I contacted them and they kept it safe for me. We were there for a week and I think the mini fridge/freezer kept freezing all our food and drinks. We couldn’t get the temp setting just right.
