Apartment 304 was good size 2 bedroom apartment.
Car parking onsite. Kitchen old and in need of updating.
Crockery and cutlery in cupboards dirty .

- Lorena (10/5): - Super spacious apartment, great for families or groups that like to make some meals at home and enjoy the facilities. Epic river views from the central apartments. Best location to soak in the relaxed Brisbane lifestyle, close to everything but so peaceful and quiet.

The onsite manager was helpful. The apartment was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Difficult car parking in the. Basement but plenty of car parks outside the building.

- Shannon (6/5): Great location, needs updating. - The apartment is a great size, and you can't beat the location. It was quiet with only hearing the neighbours occasionally and has a great coffee shop just across the road and bowls club down the street and a ferry stop. The showers had good pressure, and 2 bathrooms were handy. It needs a serious update, especially the carpet, curtains, and kitchen. The pans to cook with were filthy, and there wasn't a vacuum cleaner or broom, so you could tidy up if you were there for a longer stay. The bedding could be a lot nicer and better quailty towels.

- Cameron (8/5): - Had put in the requests for 2 beds. They weren't expecting that and when arrived they made up the spare room. 2nd bathroom locked but thought this by accident. Nope they hadnt bothered cleaning or taking rubbish out. Kitchen worse for wear, and most things looked dirty. Tabled looked dirty and greasy.
Other then that it is a great spot. Office staff helpful with info and convenient location for our needs. Very peaceful, watching the river and boats float along, and the birds, lovely.
Pool and amenities clean and lovely, pool and spa not heated and sauna not functioning which was disappointing but didnt stop us.

- Mary (9/5): Stunning location in peaceful location close to Brisbane Powerhouse. - Beautiful spacious apartment on Brisbane River, handy for my work at Brisbane Powerhouse. Needs updating- clean but well used. Location would be awkward for most business & recreation as it’s very suburban & a 30 minute walk to shops & restaurants in Fortitude Valley or a ferry trip to other work locations. I loved that it is very peaceful and suited me as I was working at Brisbane Powerhouse, a beautiful 10 minute walk.
- alison (8/5): - It was close to everything in the city and easy to get around. The only negative is the second bedroom down. The corridor is too far away from the air-conditioner very warm and hot down that corridor.

3 min walk to ferry services. Staff were amazing.

- Kim (1/5): Disappointed - Garden & Location good Apartment 102 was so dirty, it looked like the ceiling fans had never been cleaned, grout in bathroom was filled with mould, window cills were covered in dust, finger marks all over doors & fridge, the only redeeming thing was the beds were clean, I did check for bedbugs though.
My Mum & I were appalled at the general state of apartment & paid $360 for the night.

Fabulous apartment for a family.
- Jane (10/5): Kirribilli bliss - Loved where the apartment is. Convenient to ferry and buses. Loved New Farm village. The apartment was a fantastic size with an amazing view. Perhaps there could have been better supplies ie the coffee machine didn't work (leaked) and there was only a sheet and coverlet on the bed. The blankets were a bit itchy. Some of the drawers in the kitchen were tricky to open and close.

- Melinda (4/5): - Sadly our 2 bedroom premium room was so outdated and had a terrible smell. Bed was uncomfortable and I had a long hair sitting on my pillow. Sadly the apartment needs a complete refurbish with new furniture and fittings.

Would highly recommend, and have already done so.
Only that I would like to keep it a secret.

Ferry terminal a short walk away. Nice safe suburb. The apartment we were in eeded some updating. There was building happening on the site next door (which can't be helped of course). A broken lamp, a few marks on the wall, nothing that hampered our enjoyment of our stay. It was great and we'd do it again as a family of four we can't complain at all - very good!

- Dean (4/5): Disappointing - Location was excellent Main bed was shocking we both woke up sore due to the mattress, the last night i spent in the single bed as the mattress was very good. Plenty of rules in regards to cleaning dishes and taking rubbish out. There was no cleaning gear, ie tea towels, dish clothes to wipe down benches. No information when booking advising to bring our own cleaning gear.

Needs new ironing board. First night there was no hot water, assuming it was only turned on that day for incoming guests.

- Louise (2/5): - This property was appalling. It was dirty and I had to ask for it to be cleaned- even then it was not clean- particularly shower and kitchen. The second bathroom couldn’t be used as the shower screen was broken and when I pointed this out nothing was done about it. There were several light globes that didn’t work or were missing and one of the beds was missing a leg. There was a drawer missing in the bathroom and the cushions and bedspread were stained and dirty. Only the sheets and towels were clean. The apartment was really run down and hadn’t been cleaned properly for months due to the build up of dust and dirty tiles. The kitchen was not cleaned and oven, microwave and stove top had not been wiped down. After pointing out the problems nothing was done to rectify any issue. I was told the cleaner would come back a third time to do a better job and this did not happen. I bought my own cleaning products to clean up. This place is rundown and service was terrible. The view and easy transport did not make up for it. Do not recommend

Wonderful location with underground parking provided. Good sized balconiies At the moment there is a large building being constructed so unfortunately a little noisy first thing in the morning.

Close to New Farm park, shops and good ferry link to the city centre. Nice coffee shop opposite. Pool & hot tub were brilliant and there is a small childrens play area right out the back. All in all a great place to stay.
