- Yvonne (3/5): Never stay there again! - Ate elsewhere Busy dark room located in a corner, no sunshine, no view, located near the garbages, people gathered outside the room to talk after visiting the gym, noisy kids everywhere, including taking over the pool, very tight car park!
- Michael (10/5): This was our third visit to the resort, and I dare say we will probably return early 2027. - We don't have breakfast, but eat dinner from the restaurant via room service and the meals were absolutely fantastic. Location wise, we couldn't fault it. Pool just outside our room, and the beach a short work away. We all thought the pillows were a little to hard, but that didn't stop us enjoying a good night's sleep.

- Hazel (10/5): Very satisfied stay. - We've stayed here before and the kids were excited to visit again. The presidential suite rooms all have ensuite and a private spa which was very clean and we all loved it. It's not a real complaint but I believe the games room didn't have the things to actually play anything. That is: no Puck to play air hockey, no bat and ball to play ping pong and no balls to play soccer. I'm not sure if they just weren't returned after being borrowed and it was bad timing.

Happy hour was one of the highlight as this gave us the chance to unwind by the pool. Upon check in few staff always prompting us to attend a presentation which we already advised not interested.

- Rochelle (7/5): The stay gave us a break fron our journey & was not expensive & having washing machine & dryer was a - We were passing through on road trip from Brisbane to Sydney, so it was good to have pool, spa & sauna to use to relieve some of our aching joints. We usually would stay places that are more suited to our age , I guess a bit more up market rather than family orientated. Great place for families, but just a bit noisy for us.

- Holly (10/5): The nicest place we have stayed in a long time! - The unit we stayed in was exceptional! It had everything and was very modern. The staff were so friendly and understanding. We had a 4 year who was having a terrible day and they were so good about it all. I liked that the pool had a shallow area for kids as well. The pool was a bit small and very crowded. The games room was not the best but kids still enjoyed both.

- Leake (7/5): Nice but a few issues - Nice place but a few issues. A/c is difficult to use and wouldn’t stay on after each use ie have to trip it every time. Washing machine was leaking because it wasn’t repaired in the 1st place. Ants in the top main room and top main bathroom sink not draining water at all. Fans in the rooms work at a very high speed when on low. Pizzas from the restaurant were terrible. The pizza restaurant up the road is 1000% better.

Pool, Rec room and poolside cocktails for mum!! Best part is the restaurant I would highly recommend Henry’s. The food is delicious the staff are fantastic and even though they were under the pump they didn’t loose their kindness or smile! No offer of the champagne on arrival. Didn’t feel we welcomed this time around as our second stay. Getting extra towels was an issue and felt like I couldn’t ask. 4 towels for 6 people is not enough. Also who wants to wash towels when they are on holiday! Was not as impressed this time around

- Barry (7/5): Previous 2 stays here 9/10 this stay 6/10 - Close to shops and beaches. Henry's restaurant is fabulous and welcoming with great service. Tyler in reception is very helpful and easy to speak to without being able to say the same for other reception staff. The spa was great as was the pool and birdlife. I didn't appreciate my credit card being taken behind the counter and attempted to take payment by tapping (which costs extra) without notifying me of the amount being taken or allowing me to insert the card myself which I eventually insisted upon.
- Brooke (3/5): Disappointed - The location is convenient. The kids enjoyed the pool. The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful and food was good. We understood from booking.com info that there was a buffet breakfast option which we had planned to use. When we arrived and asked we were told there was no breakfast option buffet or at the restaurant. Our 2 bedroom unit was split level with steep stairs. This was fine for us but wouldn’t have been for some people and wasn’t disclosed in room information. The upstairs main bedroom had cockroaches (and not just one)! We were aware check in was late - 4pm but when we arrived shortly after that the room was still not ready until 4:30pm. When my husband picked up the key he then had to endure a whole speech about their members club and joining an hour session the day after etc. It just left a weird impression and when we were already late to check in being further delayed with reception staff was not pleasant. In the end we left after 1 night (although paid for 2). Sleeping in a room of cockroaches is not what we expected.
- Rhondda Danielle (7/5): Fantastic staff and amenities, but the room setup and ventilation made it less comfortable than we’d hoped. - The staff were absolutely wonderful — friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to help. The condo was well equipped and had everything we needed. We also loved the deck on the main road, which was a great spot to relax and surprisingly quiet. Henry’s Bar by the pool served delicious margaritas — a definite highlight! The room was quite dark and had a musty smell. The only window opened onto a semi enclosed corridor near reception, which was noisy with people coming and going late into the evening and therefore opening the window to let in fresh air wasn’t an option. The condo itself was also a little dated and could use some refreshing. For the price though it was still solid value.

I ate at the restaurant the 1st night & it was pretty good - the staff were a little slow on the uptake though. I had a studio apartment the first 3 nights & it was perfect, had everything washer, dryer, some bathroom products. Just careful of the bath / shower - its a big step in & out - definitely ask for a step at reception Extended my stay another 2 nights had to book through another site (Agona - just don't, you'll get caught out like I did) anyway I ended up with a 2br apartment that was bloody awesome if I had others with me. Had everything including a dishwasher. The pool was very nice indeed & loved that I could swim upto 10pm Had the family over for a BBQ one night but had to keep turning it on - seemed to only last 5 mins at a time... no biggie because I knew how these worked, the men cooking on the other plate were unaware. Also the picnic tables were "in" the garden so we ate up near the pool table - maybe a little rethink there... Loved they had trolleys for your bags in the underground carpark The QR ordering system. The family ordered drinks as guests & nothing happened. They had to chase them up. The order went through but the staff had no idea because no room number was attached. Also when making cocktails make 3 separate in the shaker not put all in the blender... we get it but unless it's a margarita pls just don't.

- Mary (9/5): Great place for family, or 2 couples to spend time together without being on top of each other - The design of the villa was good, with ample space to sit and relax. The villa had everything we needed, for 2 couples it was ideal The weather was inclement for the whole of our stay, and I think it would be good to be able to walk right through from reception to restaurant under cover to prevent getting wet…. We did manage but and elderly couple of ladies struggled in the rain.

It was our 4th stay and we will be back Difficulty with mobile reception inside the unit unless logged on to resort WIFi which I dont like doing

- Beverley (10/5): Absolutely loved our stay, it was a great a weekend for a family catch up. - We cooked our own breakfast in our room. We have stayed here previously and knew the facilities in our room. We did enjoy lunch and dinner, the food was. Well prepared. There was nothing for me to complain about. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the resort and spent a relaxing weekend there. We are planning to try and do it a bit more frequent.

- Kerry (8/5): Although we would of loved to stay at Wyndham, we were happy with how they handled the situation - Wyndham contacted me the day before our arrival and said that there was maintenance issues with our room and as they were booked out, had found us other accommodation at their expense, at Sandcastle Apartments opposite Town Beach, Port Macquarie We were happy with our new accommodation.

- Aja (10/5): - Great accommodation and facilities, particularly with kids Hate always getting the Wyndham sales pitch, even when we've contacted them in advance explaining we're already members and don't want to be harassed on our holiday.
- JANE (10/5): - What an amazing resort .! You are greeted by friendly staff .There are trolleys for your luggage in the underground carpark to make life easy. The rooms are spacious & well thought out The restaurant serves delicious meals.There are some lovely cafes close by too.lts a 5 minute walk to Flynn's beach .A great place for a holiday & relax. The map of the resort you are given on arrival is so tiny you cannot decipher where things are .

- Mina (10/5): - I highly recommend booking a villa! They’ve been beautifully renovated, and everything was well prepared. The pool was spacious and perfectly heated for winter. The pizza and salad from the restaurant were good too. We originally booked a three-bedroom villa but were upgraded to the presidential suite. Wish I could have stayed longer. One of my favorite parts was taking a morning walk to the beach and enjoying a coffee from a cafe. Nothing really. If I have to say something, the parking space was small.

We found it more off putting because of the pressure. The original salesperson was fine but he was overshadowed by a very zealous aggressive salesman
