A lovely family place to visit. The kitchen, washing and dryer facilities in the apartment were very useful. We would definitely stay here again. A little disappointed that our prior arrangement for an upper level apartment was not met even though the place was not busy. The basement parking is tight with poor lighting. EV charging is great in town so not essential at the accomodation.

Wouldnt mind 2 nights in - Location The room was not what i was expecting from the website photos. No view, no verandah, no spa a tiny bathroom with tiny shower only the pool was to cold to use.

Room 22 has no balcony, no views , a table, and two chairs jammed in a corner outside if you want to get some fresh air..Very hard to sit comfortably. The entry door is located in front of room 22. So you will hear everyone going in or out any time of the day or night. With the door banging. So you better be a heavy sleeper. And no laundry.

- Nikki (10/5): We loved our stay at Albacore Apartments in Merimbula we will definitely be back! - WE loved everything about our stay at Albacore Apartments, the apartment was perfect for our needs, great location and facilities. The team were really helpful and were there when we had questions.

- Wilma (7/5): Great views but overall not worth the money - The view was amazing! The staff were helpful. The main bedroom was very stuffy and the bedroom fan was ineffective. Maybe a portable air conditioner in the bedroom would be better. A king size bed with a more comfortable mattress would be ideal. The mattresses in the spare room were uncomfortable and couldn’t be slept on due to feeling springs and general discomfort. It caused sleeping issues all week for my family. The air conditioner in the living space worked but it was really warm on level 5 and the air conditioner only just kept up. Had to leave it on all night due to the heat and stuffy /sauna like bedroom.

- Vincy (9/5): Great location and apartments! - Location and property with ideal for our family and friends. It gave us options into town and around to Fishpen. And brilliant for the New Years fireworks! More information on being self-contained would have been helpful and having unlimited supply of things like Dishwashing Powder etc wouldn’t have hurt. We were there for 5 nights and nothing was replaced, so we had to buy laundry powder, toilet paper etc

- Jenny (7/5): - Location & apartment were very good. Comfortable stay close to the function we were attending. We had an issue with the smart tv. We couldn’t access live tv. Asked the staff when reception was available to us & their advice didn’t help. Clearly a cable issue but we needed the staff to come to our room to fix. Our stay was sports related & we couldn’t access either the cricket test match or horse racing updates relevant to our stay.

Was extremely clean in and outside the apartment, check in and out was smooth and easy, it was quiet - we never heard anyone else. Location was perfect, walking distance to everything we needed, the view was beautiful. Car was nice and secure. We felt right at home. The beds and pillows were a little too firm for our liking. Thats it. Can't fault anything else
- nicola (9/5): Huge very nice apartment fully equipped well located - Huge fully equipped thought of everything. Very nice apartment nice decor, very clean. Well located can walk everywhere in Merimbula. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again when visiting the beautiful south coast. Car park space was very tight, balcony lost sun early however can sit out back in the sun but away from view.

- Julie (9/5): We really loved the large living space and the beautiful view. - Size of lounge room The view 2 bathrooms Location The shower nozzle over the spa. It fell off the holder mid-shower multiple times. Not enough dishwasher tablets for a 5 night stay. Not enough spare toilet rolls in the spa bathroom. The ramp from lift well into the car park cannot handle the luggage trolley. It is too steep and it was very hard to push it up when full. Also everything fell off on the way down. Maybe suggest to not take it out of the lobby.

There were little ones above us and you can hear running. If you have small kids you may ask for a lower level apt to be considerate to other guests.

A very small thing - a Nespresso or similar pod coffee machine would be a great addition to the apartment.

- Lisa (10/5): Ideal location, huge apartments, comfortable stay - I travelled from interstate to join friends for a funeral, and we all stayed at Albacore Apartments. The waterfront location, huge and comfortable apartments and communal area on the pool deck made for a very comfortable stay. Bed in some apartments were a little hard.
