Very very dirty, was lied to and told we had two rooms with queen beds, only one with queen bed the other with a double bunk bed so very small disgustingly dirty. NO POWERPOINTS in room at all! The “breakfast” that was included was cereal and toast not a breakfast restaurant menu like the website showed… waste of time and money horrible horrible facilities don’t ever stay here! I want my money back

The shower head in the main bathroom doesn't stay upright, making it very difficult to shower. One of the bedroom doors is so stuck that it was impossible to close properly or open without a lot of force. The opening and closing of the bathroom door in the main bedroom was so squeaky that it kept people awake.

- suezan (5/5): Get what you pay for, a bit out of Ballarat and can hear lots of noise - Clean One bed was rickety as broken leg, fold out sofa mattress was thin. No quilt cover just a sheet and quilt then sheet. Heard traffic. Notice above sink stated you had to do your dishes or would be a charge. Toilet right behind bathroom door.

- Rachel"s Holidays (10/5): Easy friendly stop over. - The 3 bedroom villa was comfortable and plenty of room. 2 bathrooms, bedding for large group. The kids loved the indoor heated pool. Breakfast included was an added bonus. We were close to the antique market. Reception staff member was lovely, and communication was above and beyond. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to visiting again. Struggling to think of anything negative.

I understand that it is an older motel however the added bonus of dead flies and mould spots on the window sills weren't appreciated. Moving the side table to plug in my charger and the amount of dust bunnies was a little shocking.

- Pauline (9/5): Comfortable and roomy - Having a kitchen is such a bonus. Plenty of room in the one br apartment. Two heaters which were both necessary! The floor of the shower is uneven and not suitable for someone with balance or mobility issues.

Expensive for what it was - The double bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable and appreciated the electric blankets. The linen was great and very clean. All other beds had a sag in them and were uncomfortable. The couch in the room was very dirty and the overall cleanliness of the apartment was not great. The overall grounds looks a bit disheveled, with rubbish in the gardens and general piles of what looked like household rubbish everywhere. We paid over $300 a night, so would expect a little more for presentation. The Double bunk bed ladder, was falling off also, making it feel very unstable. We were not there much, only really to sleep. So it didn't matter too much, however for the price we paid, would have expected a better quality of the space we stayed in and of the property.

- Laddaphun (9/5): Family stay - The price was very affordable, and the apartment was spacious with two bedrooms. The rooms were very large, and the beds were comfortable. The bedrooms had everything we needed, and the kitchen was fully equipped. There was even a food basket provided, and during our 2-night stay, they refilled it and changed the rubbish bin, which was a nice touch. The apartment also had a washing machine and dryer, which was very convenient. The heated pool was quite good as well. The hotel is a bit old, but considering the price, it’s definitely worth it. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would come back again. 👍 Look old. Need renovation.

Complimentary breakfast basket was really good. Rubbish bin had not been cleaned out from previous guest. No teaspoons ( cutlery has to be seriously looked at) You get complimentary milk for your continental breakfast but no milk for your cuppas.

The bed was not the most comfortable and the bathroom and other decor needed upgrading as it was very tired and old.

- Kelly (2/5): The bed bug spray in the cupboard should have been my warning - The size of the two bedroom was acceptable. This place is in an unacceptable and unhygienic condition and should not be operating in its current state. Cleanliness standards are clearly neglected — the bathrooms had visible mould, the kitchen was dirty, and I woke up covered in insect bites on my hands and feet, strongly suggesting a serious issue with the bedding. The pool was worse — cloudy water with scum floating on top, and the surrounding area covered in mould and moss. There were no visible safety features such as handrails or proper signage, which raises serious concerns about basic compliance and guest safety. The so-called “free breakfast” was frankly insulting — a plastic container of Cornflakes and slices of bread wrapped in cling film. This is not a legitimate breakfast offering by any reasonable standard. We only stayed because nothing else was available during the school holidays, but this was a mistake. This property is poorly maintained, below basic standards, and not somewhere I would ever recommend. Avoid it.
