Chatting to other guests during breakfast was l - The included self-serve breakfast and car parking space on the property were huge wins. The room had a mini fridge which was super helpful. Overall value for money was greatly realised. The location, comfort and cleanliness were perfect. There was a bit of an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Aside from this, everything else about the property was fantastic.

• cdhm (7/5): - Very comfy queen sized bed with too bed side tables and electricity wall outlets, spacy bathroom, very nice furnitures with a desk wide enough to seat two people and still some space to move within the room. Breakfast with three types of bread, cheese, jam, honey, vegemite, etc. Cereals, milk, coffee, tea, yoghurt, fruit, as well. I want to give a higher score, but although this is a very nice place, there also were some severe issues, which I cannot ignore. The owner/employees never answer any messages at all! Before booking, I called to ask where I can store my bicycle for the night. I was told that they have a garage or I could bring it onto the room. During booking I asked to confirm, but my request wasn't answered. After booking, I sent another message with the same question, but no answer either. And there was nobody to allow me to put my bike into the garage. Therefore, I put my bike into my room, but I had to carry it up to the first floor through a very narrow staircase. The rooms are very nice, but there are no noise cancelling windows. Thus one can hear the traffic on the street until about 10pm or 11pm and from 7am. However, it is quiet at night. One of the five rooms they have is on the ground floor. For my bicycle I wanted to book that room. Therefore, during my pre-booking telephone call, I also asked which room that one is. But I got the wrong information: very bad! During breakfast on the two days I stayed there, there was no butter. In the first morning I told the cleaner, but there was no butter on the second morning, too. She replied that they had ordered butter from a store, but it hadn't been delivered. Well, I perfectly understand that in Australia has a butter shortage and therefore are no shops where one can buy butter 🤪.

Easy non-contact check in and non-contact access to the breakfast room. We were in room 5. Despite soundproofing there was a little noise from the apartment next door (also sounded like children!)

• Santiago (3/5): Not recommended. - Location is great. Cleaning staff are friendly and very helpful. There is no one in the premises to help you apart from the cleaning staff, which ended up helping me. The double bed was two joint beds without coberting the middle space, therefore very uncomfortable. You can hear other people’s rooms tv and conversations. I called the hotel to see the possibility of an early check-in, and the lady in the phone was not only not helpful but also rude. The pillows are not comfortable at all.

Rooms close together and could be noisy. However ‘adults only’ ensured no children were making noise and our stay on a Friday night was very quiet and we slept well. The stair carpet was worn and needed smartening up.
• Barbara (6/5): We love Bussleton - Location was great 4nights stay and didn’t get the room serviced at all ,I can understand if it’s only two nights but 4 nights should get the room serviced at least once. Twice the electronic door lock didn’t work and we had to wait outside for one and a half hours the first time and over an hour the second time for someone to sort it.
