Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I get broken bed at room 411 and next i get broken door from 211. Please note this part thank tou
- Verified traveler (2/5): - So much bad
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The stuff are very polite and nice, but building condition is very bad.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Hotel just provide standard room to me instead of standard deluxe room. The receptionist said even deluxe room do not have sofa, the online picture is cheating people.
- Tan (4/5): - Room and toilet are dirty with rubbish left over in the room.
- SiuLee (8/5): - the stay was the first experience for me at a budget hotel. value for money for a cheap price with the facilities provided. comfortable bed and aircond. bathroom was clean too.
- Lee (8/5): - cleanliness needs to be improved. the aircond works and the bed was comfortable. got the room so cheap.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The room side is really below standard.
The TV channel is fixed to TV1, not changeable, no technical support available.
- POJ888 (4/5): FB - Firmly Basic- again? No way - Being adventurous is my basic instinct, but I should have gone camping. Very basic and that is from the room to the service. If you have a choice sleep on a bench outside, it would be more comfortable. This time I really disappointed my friends. There are better places.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Absolutely terrible - This hotel is absolutely terrible. Here are some reasons why:
• Running water in the hallway
• WiFi does not reach the rooms and is painfully the slowest in all of Malaysia
• Way too far from Kuala Lumpur (although there is a train station, Taman Midah, right down the road; walking distance)
• Disgusting and stained bed sheets
• Room 309 has missing floor tiles
• Bathroom door is see-through
• No refunds
• Sketchy neighborhood
• Elevator might break on you
Please do NOT book this hotel. It is not the fault of the workers, but the poor management.
- Hans Darrick (10/5): God servis - Veldig god services fra den dama og sønnen hennes på hotellet. Han hjelpet å bære bagasjer når forlot hotellet. MRT Midah er bare 150m fra hotellet.
- RaymondHo (6/5): Only if necessary........... - Very very spartan. Walk up two flights of stairs above 24-hour coffee shop to lobby/registration. Double bed takes up nearly all of floor space. Shower/toilet no separation, Window overlooking roadside hawkers ~ quite noisy with heavy traffic. We reluctantly opted for this one night accommodations as we drove up from Singapore to attend wake/funeral at Xiao En Centre accross Jalan Cheras. Nevertheless....for RM67 per room per night, you get what you paid for.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Not very satisfy - Check in staff was not friendly. Cannot provide receipt when I checkout.
- Konstantin (6/5): не очень - Номер больше подходит для проведения в нем времени с проституткой из соседнего клуба... Разбитый, но работающий кондей. Отсутствие окна в номере делает его крайне не комфортным. Текущая сантехника.
- Ceritaita (8/5): nice hotel close to TBS and easy to find - overall it offer a very good price compare to the location and room condition. lift a bit smelly and because it so close to heavy traffic road the loud sound from the road traffic a bit disturbing
- Verified traveler (6/5): - overall ok. room is clean, staff friendly, location is good with many local stalls nearby
- Lily-Wong-3 (8/5): Cheap. Small. Clean. - If you just want a clean and cheap place then you can come here. RM 80-90 for 2 adults. No beach or mountain view. Got road and 'mrt in process' view only. or no window at all. downstairs got 24 hours mamak. no worry about food. nearby many food stores chinese food, indian food, malay food all got. 7-11, kk mart , chinese tradisional herbal shop also got.
- imesmtb (2/5): Normal Rooms, Terrible Staff - When i arrive there is nobody in the counter, doors locked from outside, the staff comes and register me really slow whiles eating. The rooms is ok with the price. But the place is good spot for shop and market surround. A bit hard to find car park
- 972shans (2/5): The hotel really sucks - Pls inform to the hotel management team or the owners they service terrible n customer service personnel been very rude to all the customers n all always so many reasons coming up n today I'm asking the customer service personnel to make up my room in the morning 9.30am n went im coming back again at 6.30pm still a same not done really sucks hell of service terrible
- Laura_Travel_Food (6/5): FB Hotel close to funeral parlour Xiao En Centre - Hotel is very basic. The staff tried to be accommodating for example I asked for extra pillow and it was delivered to my door at no extra cost. There is hot water but it is outside the room at common corridor. The water pressure in the toilet shower was very poor and water volume came out of shower in small flow. That makes it hard to wash ladies long hair. I have no complaints for location as it is near street food outlets which Kuala Lumpur is famous for.
If it is not for the fact that I have to attend my close relative's funeral service, I would not have spent the night in this hotel. So for location and convenience, I have not much to complaint about.
I believe the hotel can improve in it's wifi connection as I could not get wifi in my room on the 3rd level.
All the best to this hotel.
- bbudiarto (6/5): FB hotel kuala lumpur - The location is at the big street..easy to achieve...intrace like little shop..lobby at 3 rd floor..the wall of the lift made from hardboard..like still renovation..the room superior is 2.5x3m..with 17inch lcd tv..wifi..bathroom with hot water..ac..1/2pk. Bed 1.6m wide..is enough for backpacker...
- MariaJ2814 (2/5): Worst hotel ever - Compared to hotel standards..this doesnt even fit a 2 star hotel
Reservations made for a cheaper room n they forgot to resrve m had to take a more expensive one
But room quality is bad. No room service..no phone in d room...all d channels r static...thank god my trip got cut short.that too they refused a refund as I jave excess 1 day.
The receptionist also not cooperative. .rude ...
- JaniceTee (4/5): Expected !! - This hotel is located at fantastic location - hawker stalls is opposite with mamak shop at downstairs. Nearby there is a LRT station.
Room was clean and the bed was acceptable.
But the air con was not functioning well. We were unlucky as no water supply during the stay. The room was smaller than what the photo portraited. Decided to check out early as not able to bath.
I will no go the second time unless really desperate to stay nearby.
- 257juny (6/5): Quite ok - The room is quite nice and the receptionist is quite friendly. Night, there are a lot of chinese food stalls available. Indian food restaurant available too.But there is no parking place available for guest hotel.
- 421abdullaa (2/5): Never come over - I hated it and I will never come over again... hearing sex sounds from other rooms..gays are the signs for recieptionists...
No air conditions as advertised .. I advice all visitors not to come this place at all
- 294jvt (4/5): not good place to stay - we booked a deluxe room but the picture in the ads actually showed another room with sofa, the first room they gave us was smelly- wet damp smell, no sofa as pictured..leaking roof and broken double bed..to our horror, the plaster ceiling has holes in them and water marks from the holes..the lift has urine smell to it..
i was not willing to stay for another day despite we paid for two nights, but after complaining to the staff who was helpful, he let us have another deluxe room which as slightly better..
There's no parking for guests and have to walk bit for the parking tickets to avoid getting summons, so had to wake by 8 am and run to the ticketing machine ...
- Xiximi (6/5): Small but convenient hotel - I stay in FB hotel from 7-8th January. The room is clean but the hotel lift is smelly. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel provides basic needs: a bed, air-conditioner, wi-fi, hot water shower, toilet and TV with local channel. Free breakfast is not provided. However, there's Malay and Chinese food stalls nearby.
- Camper371794 (2/5): Don't stay here - Stay away. The receptionists are not informative AT ALL. They know nothing about their own city, they dunno how to call taxis =\ lots of broken things in hotel room. No WiFi, no coffee machine as advertised.
Would never stay here again.
