Ian Haldane (6/5): Remove these tied cabins and put 3 new 5 star cabins having then turned to face the view. - Location Tired cabins squeezed next to 6 other tired cabins . Long skinny layout , not making use of a fantastic position.
Rachel (8/5): A lovely place to stay for 2 nights. - We enjoyed the beach and the Surf Club on Sunday for lunch. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would love to stay on the beach next time if we go back with family and friends. The BBQ area was easy access, not that we used it.

Cabin was dirty. Didn’t at first get what I paid for then got what I did pay for after moving cabins. Staff were rude telling me spa bath might not work. Then why advertise it. Just wasn’t great experience. Very over priced for what it is.

Repairs required in our unit during our stay. Pool did not look or feel clean (frothy and very hot on a warm day), and kids play park very small.

shrestha (2/5): Poor arrangement - Staff are friendly. We were very disappointed with our stay. The room arrangement was not suitable for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. One bedroom had a queen bed, while the other only had a bunk bed, which was extremely uncomfortable for adults, making it difficult for us to sleep properly. It felt poorly planned and not customer-focused, giving the impression that guest comfort was not a priority. Additionally, during our previous stay at this resort, we were provided with the same type of room for only 2 adults and 2 children. Receiving the same arrangement this time, despite having more people, does not seem fair or appropriate. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing.

Studio cabins not great for our family of 6 even though it sleeps 6. No gates for verandah either so couldn't let kids play unless you were outside each time.

Both are only waste deep, barely able to get wet. The beach was covered in seaweed and you couldn’t even walk on it. The smell came up to our room. The electricity was out for 6 hours, which included no water! An apology, but no compensation. They didn’t even offer water bottles!

Natalie (1/5): Won’t be back - Beware when booking here as your car spot is not secure. Our car was damaged because our “parking” was on the curb. The property was extremely unhelpful. If you ever have an issue at this property, Samantha who works there will try bully you on the phone and try make you feel like it’s your own fault. I assume they will be like this with any other issue experienced. Take your money elsewhere.
