  The air-conditioned cottages have a patio with views of Edward River. Each has a fireplace, a flat-screen TV and an iPod dock. The kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, a microwave and a stove. The en suite bathroom features a spa bath, free toiletries and a hairdryer. Please note that the price is based on 2 guests. • Petronella (10/5): - The host, Richard, was very friendly and contacted us to know what time we would be arriving so the room was nice and toasty. The bed was beautifully presented and comfortable. My husband enjoyed the complimentary glass of port, which was a really nice touch. Set in a beautiful quiet location with gum trees opposite the property and frogs croaking at night.

• Helen (10/5): A piece of paradise in Deni - Cottages on Edward was a wonderful, tranquil and comfortable place to stay. The owners go the extra yard and have paid so much attention to detail to make sure the cottages are homely and enjoyable. From the candle in the bathroom (which has a double spa bath) to the port, snacks in the kitchen, historic books on the area, a bbq area just out the door and a beautiful spot to sit under the trees by the river. I highly recommend it.

Lovely surprise of a cheese and fruit platter with some Port. Nice breaky basket for the morning, good coffee maker not just instant coffee. Lovely quiet place on the river, could walk down to look at the river. Hosts were pleasant and met on my arrival to show me around, would recommend and would stay next time in Deni.

• Nicole (10/5): Excellent accommodation and hosts - What a totally amazing experience we had staying at Cottages on Edward. Extremely welcoming and helpful hosts throughout. Cottage was spotlessly clean with everything you could need including the most comfortable bed. The hot water stays hot to fill the spa. Breakfast was provided, and access to a private jetty where we caught 5 fish in under 2hrs. My partner and I work long hours as nurses and I couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing and peaceful place to take her away for a night. We will be returning for sure.

The fact the cottage was exactly that a prefect cottage feel from the decor themed down the plates to eat off, to the kookaburras singing in the morning, the spa bath and wood fire. It’s definitely the best that Deni offers. Thank you again we will be back again! Take care Richard and Pat!

As I was travelling to Denni later in the week, I thought I would check them out. Well I’m certainly glad I did. Besides their warm and generous hospitality, I couldn’t believe the level of accommodation on offer. A beautiful storybook cottage with everything you could imagine of a hotel and more. Beautifully furnished in spotless condition. Complimentary port and cheese platter and A self cooked or continental breakfast is available. I travel weekly and can honestly say, value for money this is better than it ever gets. I’ll be back. As a regular.
