One of the very few places that offered 3 beds It’s a little tired and needs to be updated. However I could see they had started that on some rooms.

Hair dryer, electric jug, toaster, cups plates and cutlery, tea towel and detergent, shampoo, body wash , fluffy towels, crisp sheets, air con, good TV, new carpet and curtains . Swimming pool is tiny but good for kids. The motel looks old but is adequate and pleasant inside.

- Kath H (8/5): Good value comfortable accommodation - Spacious rooms with comfortable beds, hot shower and cold air conditioning. The family room has a full bathroom including bath tub and a separate toilet which is a real bonus when traveling with several people. Only negative was the room was at the front of the motel so the traffic noise from the main road was a bit annoying but did quieten down around 11pm. The rooms at the rear of the property are probably quieter.

The Chinese meal was way too expensive

- Geoff. (7/5): Kempsey Motel for an average stay. - The location was good on a main road but with no traffic noise as I had asked for a quiet area. Was close to the town CBD & places we wished to visit. Bed & hot water were good & parking right outside our unit. The room was in need of an upgrade in my view for the price charged & it was small & dimly lit. My favourite item for a good Motel, covered car parking was missing also.

- Jessica (8/5): - The location is good, close to town. The beds were comfy, the shower was hot and had good pressure. Owners are friendly. If you're a light sleeper you can hear the traffic in the morning about 7am. The TV is not smart, not the biggest issue. We just watched normal TV that had some good shows on.

The biggest disappointment was the Mildew growing on the bathroom ceiling & had been painted over and had come through the paint. Very dangerous for anyone with lung disease/asthma as I have
