Easy walk trails all around. Beaches were amazing. Easy to book in, comfortable beds, helpful staff, gave us a better sleeping arrangement for 3 people, very clean. Laundry was useful No couches to relax on inside and a little milk in the fridge would have helped

- Chan (10/5): MALLACOOTA HAVEN - Kris is a really helpful and hospitable super host, offering great tourist tips. The caravan park is so near main tourist attractions. The lake and seaside views, especially quarry beach were so picturesque. Our cabin was very clean, very well equipped and fully functional. The shower was great. We strongly recommend this peaceful place to stay at Mallacoota

- Adrian (6/5): Nice site, OK unless you’re staying in a cabin. - Good location just outside of town. The lady at reception was very pleasant and helpful. A small cabin with 6 bunk beds (2xtriples) and a double bed squeezed into a small cabin. It was old and very tired. The TV was tiny, stuck on top of the fridge and was hard to see from the table, let alone the bed that was about 8 feet away. Worst though was the cabin lock which was completely worn out. Anything would open it which was a security issue, especially as many people booking will be transient and have valuables with them. I reported it in the way out today and the lady thanked me and said she it would be changed, but inspect all of them will be the same. Overall, not a bad site, but if you’re staying in a cabin don’t expect much at all.

- Gabriele (9/5): Schöne Cabin - Die Cabin mit 2 Schlafräumen war sehr gut ausgestattet ( Cabin 5) und liegt am Waldrand. Man kann vom Caravanplatz aus direkt wandern und auch zu Fuß in die Stadt gelangen. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen.

I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking at the bush. Chris was very helpful and friendly, as were the other staff. I felt very welcome. Even better, koalas and birdlife were in abundance and close by. I had a relaxing time.

- Ollie (8/5): Great park, quiet bushland setting. - Great park, quiet bush setting. Lots of birds which was lovely. Cabin was old but spotless. Well equipped kitchen, had everything we needed. Awesome shower with great pressure. It was a 2 bedroom cabin but it could have been a bit larger. Was great for the two of us but if we were 4 in the cabin would have been a bit squishy as second bedroom very tight and dining area tight as well.

Man konnte Koalas beobachten. Wir hatten etwas im Kleiderschrank vergessen. Die Besitzerin hat es uns zur nächsten Unterkunft geschickt. Das war großartig.

Kris the manager was so accommodating, friendly and had exceptional customer service. I would go there again because of her friendly and understanding nature. Double bed and single bed with the picture advertised, was not what we got! Bookings.com needs to advertise all accommodation cabins not just the one shown which they’ve only got 2 available as the rest were cabins with bunk beds, not single free standing beds. Reception was bad with TV freezing up, turned on heater which was not efficient and aircon had no controls and did not work. Manager did stay they were recently upgrading the service. We got a cabin, single bed was a bunk bed and for an over sixty lady, was not the good experience.

- Margaret (9/5): Spacious cabin in Mallacoota - We booked a cabin at the Caravan park and were upgraded to Gunya 1 which was very nice accommodation. We were concerned that the accommodation would be noisy because it was school holiday time, but it was reasonably quiet. The gunya was spacious and we were able to move around easily. The manager was friendly, and the location was convenient. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. One can't do much elaborate cooking.
