Light under carport flashed on and of all night (rather annoying) No light over Stove to see what you were doing and no instruction on how to use hot plates or oven

Carolyn (2/5): Not particularly pleasant stay due to the above. - Location Noise from tenant and dog upstairs very early in the morning woke us up every day. Dirt on the floor throughout the unit with broken glass under the couch. A lot of the permanent fixtures e.g. floor tiles, vertical blinds needed maintenance. Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils unclean and required washing in hot water before use. Bed sheet had holes in it.

Steffi (6/5): Wir blieben nur 1 Nacht obwohl wir 3 bezahlt hatten! - Gute Lage, kleiner bunter Garten im Innenhof Es war niemand zur verabredeten Zeit zum Check in da und wir mussten warten. Um in das Apartment zu gehen muss man sehr nah an einem großen Schäferhund vorbei ( er ist in einem Zwinger), die Treppe zum Apartment ist steil und wackelig, die Räume sind klein und eng, die Decken sehr niedrig ( nichts für große Leute) Die ganze Einrichtung ist sehr alt und einfach.

Maria (10/5): - We did a weekend stay, it was exactly what I expected, we booked out the wagons and it was just fun to stay in, we just loved that we had it to ourselves. And could just enjoy the garden, was a nice little space that was just great for me time or to get together and enjoy the bbq area. The host was excellent, very hospitable and a nice little story and collection of dolls etc of his travels around the world and will even play the piano for ya. Will be back again, most definitely ❤️

Hua Cao (9/5): It was a lovely place to stay. - The place is pleasant. There is a beautiful garden downstairs. We could pick up some fruit that are fresh and sweet. Kym is a knowledgeable person with a lot of life experience. The place is a bit dusty due to some reason, I think because it is next to a forest and the wind was strong. The en-suit is quite small.

Terri (8/5): for a short stay it was good - central location little bit of gap under door and tiny hole in floor of bedroom, which meant heater needed to be on constantly. Cushions (seating) on bench couch kept slipping off every time i moved. limited storage for clothes
Richard (1/5): This was the stay from Hell, just don't go there!! It made us physically ill. - Nothing!! The advertising was false saying that it was a 'Chalet' when it wasn't a 'chalet' at all but a very old wooden tiny house in a wagon. The place was very dusty and dust from elaborate hanging curtains over the bed was choking us every time the bed moved. The mattress was soft on the edges so you kept falling off. There was a lot of dirt along the wall and floor connections. Windows were dirty. The towels and tea towels were threadbare. Spoons on the hanger in the kitchen were not washed, and we had to wash everything we used before we used it. Cushions in kitchen were dirty and greasy. There were holes in the linen quilt on top of the bed. The wooden toilet seat was cracked. The main picture on the wall as you entered was poorly laminated but put into the frame anyway looking like the glass was broken. There was also a lot of loud music noise from a few streets away playing till late. Much to be improved. Booked for two nights but left after one with no refund given.

The staff had were welcoming and it had a home-like feel There was no hot water for the duration of the stay. It was a very cosy fit in the wagon and as someone who doesn’t like certain textures, the velour bedspread and corduroy couch were challenging.

Jayden (10/5): Jetta is Beautiful! - Kym and Jetta have definitely made a couple of weary travellers feel welcome and crafted a wonderful homely atmosphere. If you are looking for white marble and stainless steel this isn't going to be your cup of tea but for those with a taste for pine and having a cuppa while looking over the apple trees (literally) then you cannot go wrong! My Nan and I stayed 5 nights in total. If you get the chance, take Kym's tour! He is a deeply interesting wellspring knowledge, as well as being an exceptional musician and artist. The heat! Nothing to do with our accommodations! Echuca seems to get about 13 metres from the sun between 3-6pm! Can't say enough good things about Echuca Gardens.

Van (9/5): Superb - The property was absolutely beautiful and well set out. We had plenty of privacy, and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the lovely garden. The Gypsy Wagon was so cute and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities. We were very happy that this property was dog friendly. That makes a big difference to us as we travel everywhere with our dog. We would definitely choose to stay here again. That we were only there for such a short time.

Rita (8/5): Relaxing, inviting and gorgeous surroundings - Kym has put a whole lot of love into making the little apartment comfortable and beautiful. The gardens are impressive to say the least. We really enjoyed our view especially while raining recently. Having worked in Bedding the last decade, the comfort of the mattress can be definitely improved. Since the majority of people are side sleepers, I would recommend a gel infused memory foam topper be added to the firm mattress as this allows cushioning of the shoulders, hips and knees. The addition of a topper to the mattress will ensure this accomodation gets a 10/10.
Graham (9/5): Wanted the experience, got it and enjoyed our stay! - We wanted the experience of staying in a Gypsy wagon. That's what we got. It was as advertised and very charming. The heat, but that is mother nature for you. We did have air con which made it more bearable.

Tracey and Steve were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately both nights we stayed there was loud music coming from somewhere close by in the neighbourhood which made it difficult to get to sleep,

Thelma (7/5): No Internet a huge drawback . Stay was reasonable but needs money spent to update the accommodation - Very pet friendly. Plenty of room in the cottage Rooms need a good spring clean plenty of dust behind all the furniture. Windows filthy , curtains very old and outdated didn't cover window in bedroom properly. Beds need new mattresses very lumpy and pillows hard as Rocks. Didn't like the patchwork yellow sheets we needed to place on the beds (never had to do this in any other accommodation in my life ,very tacky) In today's age wifi is needed kids now do a lot of school work via the Internet as I also do for work so have Internet would be a huge step forward

Requested an early check in and wasn't a problem . Easy walk into town or even better to get around on bikes with wide streets. We took our bikes on the train from Melbourne. One evening we watched TV and the seating is not very comfortable for an extended time. Minor issue .

Richardson (4/5): Cultish, so cramped though, not very comfortable or relaxing for us, unfortunately. Host was very nice and it was clean - It was cultish, but extremely cramped. The fridge was dying and the freezer didn’t work, so ice cream oozed out overnight, from freezer.
