Cleanliness of the unit was A rated and the unit was well catered for and homely for us while we were on a break. We thank the owner for the whole week and the comfort and security of all our belongings and vehicle We will love to come back in the future. Nothing comes to mind
- Emily (8/5): Would happily return - Cute and homey, close to town very quiet
- Denice (9/5): - Pleasant surprise of 4 quaint looking terrace units. Excellent for a few days stay. Well presented, clean n comfortable. Plenty of room to relax, with separate bedroom, lounge/kitchen/dining area. Can walk to main street (High St) where everything is located. Parking is a little 'tight' but there are only 4 units.

- Greg (10/5): This was an ideal venue for our 3 night stay in Echuca - Location provided an easy stroll to paddle wheel cruises and dining options. Facilities offered were great Didn’t stay long enough
- Scott (8/5): -
- ROBYN (8/5): - A lovely quiet location. Very close to town and to walk along the river. Quite spacious with everything we needed.
- Craig (10/5): -
- Robi (8/5): - Spacious and comfortable home away from home
- Elaine (3/5): Terrible - Location was great, we stayed here 9 years ago and it’s exactly the same. Needs a total overhaul . Not clean inside insects on the walls inside, black hair in the shower plug. Which I personally found disgusting.. aircon did not work it’s blowing out air but it’s not cooling down. Likely needs regased.
The mattress on the bed needs replacing asap, absolutely terrible . Stayed from Friday to Sunday and we had no sleep at all.
We will not recommend or ever use this accommodation again , Location

- Robert (9/5): We had a relaxing stay at Acacia and saw the varied sights of Echuca. - Accommodation was excellent with plenty of room/space in all rooms. It is in a very quiet area of Echuca only about 15 minutes' walk to Port of Echuca. Sharon met us on arrival & showed us around unit & showed how things worked. Good kitchen with space to cook if needed, although plenty of places in town or across the river to eat. Well worth a stay here Everything was fine. Nothing to mention.
- Terina (9/5): - Lovely quiet spot. Very clean and comfortable Liked everything

- Bacon (10/5): - Beautiful property. Easy access to main street. Nothing negative on this property.
- Allan (9/5): A lovely stay in beautiful accommodation - Our stay at Acacia Terraces was outstanding. Our unit was absolutely lovely. We arrived on a very warm day and the air conditioner had been turned on and the room was lovely and cool. Small things were impressive like the large bottle of milk and jug of cold water and ice blocks in the fridge. The bed was very comfortable and with the room set back from the road, it was lovely and quiet. Could not recommend Acacia Terraces highly enough and will look to stay again the next time we are in Echuca. Maybe put a few more tea bags in the room for longer stays
- Tinzee (10/5): - VERY QUIET LOCATION. N/A
- Margo (10/5): Very comfortable stay. Perfect for our 4 day trip to the area. - Large and well equipped. Walk in wardrobe. huge bathroom with spa bath. lovely gardens. Short walk to restaurants and port. Can't think of anything wrong
- Robins (10/5): -
- Kim (10/5): -
- Grace (8/5): Very comfortable good shower and comfortable bed - Quiet and private location close to town and Resteraunt’s.
- Sue (10/5): We were very spoilt with the size, cleanliness & all the comforts provided. Thankyou so very much. - Extremely quiet, friendly hostess, lovely & warm. The unit had everything you could possibly want & the unit was massive & everything was lovely & clean. Sharon even produced a safe shower mat on our arrival once she saw I needed one for my disability.
We would highly recommend this place to anyone. Maybe the shower needed a glass screen to help spraying water everywhere, but a mop was available just the same to help that small problem.
The backs of the chairs in the kitchen were a bit wobbly, obviously need tightening up.
- William (10/5): Great place for a few nights or longer - Great location, and well set out
- Mark (10/5): Lovely stay and would recommend it to anyone - Nice and clean
Great location No comment

- Travelbug (10/5): End of year vacation - Close to town, host Sharon was inviting and welcoming. Comfortable and beautiful terraces. Bed was extra comfy, spa was a nice touch. Nothing
- Royden (9/5): -
- colleen (7/5): Great for the location - Very roomy and walking distance from the Port of Echuca, the location is perfect. There was only one small shampoo and a body wash, a DVD player but no DVDs, a TV in the bedroom would have been good, I would also hope for a small coffee machine in a luxury accommodation, hopefully next time there will be one.
Not very clean, cleanliness is essential.
- Jennifer (10/5): Wonderful Acacia Terraces - Everything about Acacia Terraces is fantastic. My go to happy place when in Echuca. Accommodation is spotless, location, walking distance into this wonderful town. Just a terrific, relaxing place to enjoy time out. Sharon the owner cannot do enough for you. N/A
- Vincent (10/5): - Sharon, was naturally welcoming and made us feel at home.
The place was quiet as we wanted and requested. The apartment was exceptionally clean (10 out of 10!!). We were really impressed. We were also pleasantly surprised having a 2-person jacuzzi tub in a big bathroom. We will definitely stay again in apartment number 1.🙂 Maybe need to add some chocolate sachets to the tea and coffee tray.
Also some additional shampoo and soap in the bathroom would be much appreciated.

- Marg (9/5): Sharon was very friendly and helpful showed us around. We had a comfy stay and would stay again. - Location short walk into town and wharf plenty of cafe's to choose from, very quiet from traffic and people which was why we chose this location off main road. Very clean and tidy the unit was with all what we needed to use. We have no complaints.
- Les (10/5): Great location in a quiet street with homelike accommodation. - Spacious & comfortable and just a short stroll into town.
- Birgit (8/5): -
- Debra (9/5): -
- John (9/5): -
- Lynette (8/5): - Close to town centre, lovely quiet area.
- Neale (7/5): -
- Carolyn (10/5): Quiet romantic and restful. - Close to city centre. Quiet location. Parking at front of our room where we could see our vehicle. The decor is looking a bit tired.
- Chapman (10/5): We enjoyed our stay and if in Echuca again would stay here. Would be happy to recommend it to friends. - Very good facilities , very comfy bed and easy access from main town centre. Nothing
- Susan (9/5): Lovely unit. - Acacia Terraces is well located, within walking distance of town on a quiet street. The units are a perfect size and very comfortable. For a short stay they are great, for a longer stay they are minimally equipped and could use more kitchen bits. A roll of towel paper would be much appreciated. We have stayed here twice and have been very comfortable and will return when next in Echuca. We think these units are a great find.
- Robyn (10/5): Quality at an affordable price. - We liked everything about Acacia Terraces from the friendly welcome from the owner to the clean and spacious apartment which was situated in a prestigious neighbourhood and a 10 minute walk to the Port of Echuca. A longer stay!
- J (8/5): Weekend escape, sunshine & water - Gr8 location. Easily able to walk to and from town for exploring and dining. Close access to explore the Port area and Murray River.
Clean & comfortable. Quiet. Off-street parking.
We did not make use of the kitchen, but meals could have been cooked if we'd wanted to do so.
- Julie (9/5): An Oasis in Echuca - Perfect place to park up for 2 nights and sort things out when you’re on the road . Well appointed unit with a washer and dryer ( when you’re running out of clean clothes this is a god send and why we booked here)
Quiet location close to everything. Whilst not in the Main Street , still walking distance to everything on town and a quick drive to Moama. If in Echuca again we will return. No water /river view (not a problem!) and the shower was a little bit small - again, no a problem. There was a huge bath instead.
- Liz (10/5): Our second stay here and will probably return. Very friendly host - Very clean and comfortable. Good location, walking distance to shops, river and restaurants/pubs
- Liana (8/5): A comfortable self contained unit within walking distance to beautiful Echuca Port - Close to town centre but in a quiet area only a 3 min walk away.
The unit is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nothing

- Paula (10/5): -
- Andrew (8/5): -
- Christine (7/5): Very enjoyable and would definitely return. - Quiet, comfortable and spacious. Decor quite austere, some prints on the walls and curtains on the courtyard window to stop the heat escaping would be nice.
- Robyn (10/5): -
- Kraig (8/5): -
- Williamson (10/5): Great location, great facilities, warm, comfortable and quiet. - Excellent accomodation, easy walk to the historic port area. Host was very helpful. Would definitely go back! Very happy with all aspects of accommodation
- Joy (9/5): So good - we stayed at Acacia Terraces a second time. - Great accommodation, very comfy, within easy walking to shops and cafes. We happily recommend Acacia Terraces to anyone looking for a nice venue, close to town, and yet quiet and private. Acacia Terrace is great - we didn't want to leave.
- Anne (9/5): Superb -
- Andrew (10/5): Would stay again, next time I’m in Echuca - Modern, clean, spacious. Nothing, except the mattress was a little soft for my liking.
- David (9/5): Superb - Great location, easy walk to where we wanted to go.
- Oswald (10/5): Great place to stay. Location cleanliness facilities just great - Everything. Value for money excellent facilities Great location. Very clean. Nothing
- Sue (10/5): Comfortable home with friendly host. - A welcome retreat after a long travel. The host was very friendly and assisted us with the facilities. The location was well positioned in Echuca and the accommodation was warm and comfortable. We would recommend this to anyone.
- Alethea (10/5): Exceptional - Great l9cation, easy walking to Port area and Restaurants/Coffee/Walks.
- Andrea (9/5): Great location and great space - Just was very welcoming and informative.
Location was great, short walk into town.
Very clean facilities.
Quite spacious
- Eva (9/5): Superb -
- Marilyn (10/5): Exceptional - Such lovely accommodation that has everything we needed for a relaxing few days. Nice and quiet location and close to all facilities. Nothing, everything perfect
- Andrew (10/5): We will be returning as we love Echuca. - Probably the best value in Echuca. Sharon is an excellent hostess and the accommodation is outstanding. It's within walking distance of the Port and the bed is very comfortable. We could've easily spent another week there. Perhaps a couple of bedside lamps would be good but that's just being picky.
- Joy (10/5): Excellent venue - Acacia Terraces - just like coming home! - Our apartment at Acacia Terrace was very inviting, spacious and comfortable; it has a good kitchen dining area; and best of all is that there's a very comfortable couch, and fabulous bed.
The Acacia Terrace Apartments are just a street or two back from the main street so you can easily stroll to the shops and cafes for a bite to eat or drink , or you might like to take a river boat ride on the Murray for an interesting outing. We liked everything about Acacia Terraces. We have no complaints.
- Alicia (10/5): Exceptional - We loved everything, the unit was very clean and well equipped, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the bed was amazing. Value for money was exceptional.
- Oswald (10/5): Easy check in and out. All facilities excellent. Very comfortable. - Large spacious unit. All needed kitchen items. The unit was in very good repair felt comfortable Nothing
- Annemieka (9/5): Enjoyable - Close to city centre , comfortable
- Anne (8/5): Very good -
- Keith (10/5): Great - Handy to everything. Quiet
- Alan (9/5): Superb - Lovely location. Peaceful and relaxing.
- Belinda (10/5): Overnight in beautiful Echuca - Oh from the moment I drove up to the property. I loved everything about it the kitchen and the space the chase lounge. It was sensational. I can’t wait to come back here again. The only thing I didn’t like was that it was slightly further from the pub than I am usually, but I probably could use the walk. Next time I cook my own food at the kitchen because it’s beautifully self-contained contain.
- Faye (10/5): A private oasis and standout choice . - Brilliant unit layout for short or longterm stays , everything you could wish for and FRESH milk in the fridge not that UHT stuff . Much appreciated for such a thoughtful personal touch . Lovely quiet spot away from the hussle n bussle yet not far from busy city centre . Not applicable . Everything and more as expected for the rate paid . Refreshing to have such well appointed and spacious unit and didn't fall short on anything .
- Marianne (8/5): Watch the wet floor . - The property was very quite a little away from the centre but east to get to The bathroom was extremely dangerous once floor got wet .Shame there was not a standard shower head rose option as well as the disabled hand held option .
Had to shut bedroom door to keep the light out which stopped the heat .
- De (9/5): Superb -
- Peter (9/5): Superb -
- Shane (10/5): Great location close to town, cleaners do a great job during your stay could not highly recommend enough, will definitely - Sharon was a very lovely lady who was accomodating right from the start, who as a host was not intrusive and was there when assistance was required Maybe the on site parking, maybe signage for parking bays would be beneficial as it is only 4 parking bays residences may sometimes take advantage of others and take a little to much space not allowing any space but overall not a huge problem as overflow parking available at the front of residence on the road.
- Caroline (10/5): Special Echuca stay - Quiet but short drive or walk to the centre of town. Spacious and comfortable sofa and bed. Generous jacuzzi and plenty of hot water. Good kitchen facilities. Host Sharon was very friendly and full of great advice. Few cobwebs around. DVD player but no movies to watch
