Melenka (9/5): Lovely and relaxing, host was very lovely and kindly facilitated an apartment swap so that my mum was able to have a mor - Very comfortable, clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Nothing I didn’t like, however some light and fan switches didn’t work so needs some maintenance. It didn’t affect our stay though.

Would have been unbearable with others staying in upstairs unit. Tiny bathroom with warped small cabinet and leaking tap. No breakfast provisions (should be included at that price).

Janet (7/5): A lovely stay that unfortunately ended on a down note - The apartment was comfortable and neat. Had a nice modern feel. Great shower, we didn't use the spa bath but it looked good. We couldn't initially find the towels; they were in the bedroom cupboard. We had arranged a late check out but our code for the door still expired at the original time and we were locked out for an 1hr and a half while trying to get hold of the contact for a code to get in.

Cassandra (5/5): Brief and disappointing. - The property was well located and near everything we wanted to access in Angaston and the wider Barossa region. The access and the stairs location. Specifically the landing at the base of the staircase caused me a severe injury to my ankle and we had to cut our stay short as a result of me needing to access emergency urgent care and X-rays the final step of the stairs resulted in me rolling my ankle. The bath tub in the Shiraz apartment included a shower, my elderly parents stayed in this apartment that I booked on the ground floor as they can’t climb stairs. However the all in one shower and tub was inaccessible as they couldn’t climb into the bath. Resulting in them not being able to take a shower or bath so they were required to have a hand wash not satisfactory at!! When I contacted the property the next day to advise our stay would be cut short as a result of my injury I was advised with an “ Ok thanks for letting me know.” No apology or sorry to hear this or we will be sure to fix the stair landing! This long weekend experience unfortunately left a bad taste in our mouths for what we were anticipating would be a fabulous multigenerational family trip!

Kitchen equipment needs a refresh (scissors, frying pan) - smoke hood filter fell down suddenly onto my food whilst I was cooking. Would’ve much preferred a walk-in shower rather than a tub which felt like a falls hazard/ also would have liked a little more table space in the bathroom for toiletries.

The apartment was clean, beds were very comfortable, kitchen was clean, the water pressure in the shower was strong and great. Apartment was few minutes walk from the main strip of shops in the town. The non stick frying pan is a bit scratched and needs a replacement.

Verified traveler (10/5): Angaston Mews - A wonderful place. Car parking out the back of the property, we were the only ones there so plenty of room. Would be tight if there were four cars but still room and had a turning area. Laundry available with washing machine and dryer, so that was fabulous. No extra charge. The apartment with kitchen was well decked out with all you need. Location in main street so walking distance to eating places. Spa was great (Grenache apartment). Ground floor entry to this one, so that was great too if you have accessibility requirements. Would stay here again if we were passing through.

Some aspects of property looked a little tired. It would have been good to have had light switches at bedroom doors, rather than needing to go and switch on bed-side lights.

Kitchen well equipped for cooking with a coffee machine and coffee supplied too. Nice, quiet position with parking at the rear of the property. We stayed in the Chardonnay suite which is upstairs. Very comfortable beds, coffee machine in the kitchen, light, bright and very comfortable. Off street parking and the laundry were great. Great location, short stroll to the centre of the village. Sally (10/5): Angaston Mews is a very nice place to stay to explore the Barossa Valley in comfort. - Angaston Mews is in a great location, a short stroll to several dining options and shopping. The rooms were very quiet and there was plenty of parking for our ute and trailer. The rooms were well appointed and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable with really nice sheets. There was a slight musty smell in the apartment, we couldn't work out where it was coming from. We would have liked a TV in the bedroom. Everything else was great.

Anonymous (8/5): 3 ladies review - Good location, comfortable. Everything we needed. No review on staff as weren't any on site. No mirrors in the bedrooms. Only mirror available is in the bathroom- mirror tiled wall. Need even little ones in bedroom for ladies especially.

Barbara (9/5): A very comfortable enjoyable stay. - A peaceful location which suited the places we wanted to visit perfectly. The lounge area in particular was well furnished and light and airy. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, an excellent standard of cleanliness. It would be nice to have more bench space in the bathroom.
Cecilia (9/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Mews Apartments and have already recommended to friends. - Beautifully appointed with very comfy beds and warm bedding. Loved the rain shower and thoughtful touches by hosts. Great location, close to restaurants, cafes and shops but still very quiet. Although we didn't meet the hosts we still felt very welcome. Another guest took more than one parking space for themselves so we parked out front for part of our stay. We brought some DVDs to watch but couldn't get the DVD player to work. Neither of these were an issue though.
