Nik (3/5): Very old and dated. - The location It was very old and dated. The blinds didn’t stop any of the big fluorescent light from coming in so it was light all night. There was no car spots for us so had to park streets away and walk there.

Denzel (4/5): - Location was good. Staff were average. One clean towel each for a week, not replaced unless at a cost. The water pressure was terrible and the bed was uncomfortable. Very noisy with the traffic and construction in the area. I had to cut my visit short by two days due to my father passing away and having to leave on the next flight out. No refund for the last two days of my stay. I don't expect it but it would have been a nice gesture.

Only cooking equipment was 2 frying pans and one saucepan...no spatula though so had to use a salad server. Not even 1 baking dish. Supposed to he 2 lights in bathroom.. neither worked. I really think we should have been offered some kind of compensation for the fire and an unusable kitchen since its advertised as having a kitchen.

Eloise (7/5): Great location, clean and comfortable. - The staff were really helpful and friendly. It was great for the cheap price we got it for. The room was clean and comfortable and the kids loved the pool. We spent all day out so we basically only had breakfast and slept there so it was perfect for us. It was in such a good location too! Walk across the road to the Broadbeach South Station and you can get anywhere by tram or bus. This was on me because I didn't check properly but there was only a microwave in the room and the BBQ by the pool for cooking in case you were looking to keep things cheap by cooking your own dinner.

Bathroom fan made a very loud noise when in use. The upstairs bathroom door had the bottom wooden plank flapping down and scraping on the floor, no big deal, but needs repair. Blinds in lounge didn’t roll properly. Blinds in the middle room upstairs didn’t block out the light completely making it difficult for sleeping.

CHAND (6/5): - The pool closed at 7pm which is too early and guests like to have a swim at least to 10pm . So I am not very happy with the way they talk to guests. I will definitely not staying at this hotel in future

Joshua (1/5): WRONG WAY, GO BACK! - Free wifi Hotel is in a very poor state of repair. Parking is a gamble. Cleanliness is a bit how’s your mother. Visible wiring is potentially unsafe and not to code. Mirror in bathroom not even installed, just leans up against the wall and kept in place by the faucet. Carpet torn, holes in walls, very noisy paper thin walls, staff take photographs of license on their personal devices, they charge for anything and everything including face towels. They require you wash the dishes in the non-existent kitchen sink. Microwave didn’t work properly. Definitely feel like I saw a d*** deal go down at about 1am in the parking lot. Bed was super hard. Same price per night gets you a family stay at the Oscar on Main luxury 2 bed apartment with garden views. Got maybe 2 hours total sleep before a 900km drive home
Kochner (1/5): An absolute shithole and hovel you can smell the crack and despair. - Absolutely nothing it was a creak seen and a hovel with a broken bed, no shower door, bathroom mirror making raped top the wall in place of the real thing. Dodgy and a disgrace really. Bed was collapsed and broken. No shower screen no shower for the room got soaked. Bathroom mirror was a bit of mirror taped to the wall. The place is a disgrace.

Jacinta (1/5): Worst room I’ve ever stayed in. - I got a car park out the front and check in was easy We were not notified of the night construction- which went on ALL NIGHT. It was loud, with actual vibrations coming through to our room. The lights came through the window all night. It was honestly the worst nights sleep we have all had. We were there for a sports carnival and both my daughters got no sleep. This completely ruined the purpose of our stay which was to be there to let my daughters have a good nights rest. Upon arrival there were several long black hairs on both our beds. These were also located in the bathroom and there were actual clumps on the floor which we walked over with our bare feet. This was quite disgusting. The air con did not work. Our room was hot, sticky and uncomfortable all evening. The TV did not work. The shower leaked all night. The sink in the bathroom became blocked when we brushed our teeth so we had to use the shower for water. The sink did resolve by morning- but it was quite gross. There did not appear to be a working smoke detector in the room and this worried my daughters. I’ve rang and left messages, emailed and messaged through bookings.com but have had no reply from staff.
Andrew (3/5): The entire building should be demolished, and start again with a new design, with less rooms. - The cleanliness of the room was the only good feature. Not enough off-street car park spaces for the number of rooms in the motel. The lack of privacy in the bathroom was a disgrace, as the people in the neighboring high rise could see in. There was not one chair, or sofa/couch in the room; if you wanted to sit down, you had to sit on the side of the bed. The bathroom vanity tap leaked continuously, and the bedside lamp didn't work. There was one small wall attachment to hang the hand towel on, but no railing or anything at all for a shower towel. No bathroom bench, only a small vanity basin.

Damian (4/5): Poor - The location is good, straight across the road from pacific fair, convenient The ridiculous rules and restrictions. The property also charges extra for the use of more then one towel per person. The expectation is that customers clean majority of their room before checkout otherwise they get charged extra for the cleaners to do their job. Bathroom vanity was rotting due to water damage and had rusted handles. $225 a night and no smart TV which was a downer for such a price this day and age.. Overall if you want somewhere close to shopping, this place will do. But for the price and everything else, I definitely do not recommend

Julie (8/5): Great stay for the price and a very handy location - The room was good for what we needed. We only stayed one night and it was clean and tidy. The shower was great. There wasn't a lot of parking and what they had in the front of the rooms was tight. There was a sign that said they had more parking at the back, but didn't explain where that was as there was another hotel at the back and no further signage? We did go to see if we could find parking at the back, but there was also no parks left. But the good news was that when we came back around to the front, a park had freed up so that was lucky! There should be a car spot allocated to each room and then at least you know that you have one because the road was yellow lined too, so you can't even park on the street if you needed to.
