- Mary-Ann (7/5): Very happy with our choice of a “cheap and cheerful” motel for one night’s stay in the beautiful city of Ballarat. - Kirrily, the acting manager was so warm and friendly. She made us feel very welcome. The room was a basic room with all we needed for a one night stay. It was clean and tidy and quiet. Excellent value for money. The bed tended to roll us into the middle a little bit. But not a problem…we were just there for one night. 🤗A hand towel in the bathroom would have been help too.

- Dowling (8/5): Great, quiet location and price. Will stay again! - We asked for a quiet room due to an early start which we were given and we didn't hear a peep. The most solid sleep we've had in our travels. The room was dated but it was clean and had amble amounts tea, coffee, milk etc. The bathroom was also dated but it was clean and the shower/water pressure was on point. Our room was at 35+ degrees the evening that we arrived. This was due to the weather and a western facing window/sliding door. It would have been nice if the airconditioner was popped on prior to our arrival but this was only a minor thing.
- Tanya (9/5): Was a super spacious room and was great value for money. - It was very roomy and a huge bathroom. We loved the couch and the table and chairs. Customer service was fantastic. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The bed/mattress was quite soft so there was a tendency to roll in the middle. You could tell that bed head and bedside tables originally catered for a queen size bed rather than the double bed we had. It was a little tricky to reach to the bedside tables due to the fact it was a QS bed head and bedside drawers that were joined when the bed was a double size.
