• Ingrid (8/5): Great for an overnight stay. - Easy place to stay; great for travellers looking for an overnight that is comfortable and clean. Owners made our late night arrival easy. A little noisy - though that had more to do with the guests than the motel.

• Lyn (9/5): Just great, will be staying there again when next in Warwick. Thank you - The lady at reception was lovely, she made us feel welcome right from the start. Parking was good, numbered, so you knew exactly where you needed to park. The room was great, well set out, comfortable, clean, there was room to move in the bathroom. All in all, a really great place to stay. Only thing I can think of is if there had been a restaurant within walking distance of the motel ... but that is hardly the fault of the motel!

• JUNE (10/5): Convenient for what I needed to do, 5 mins to central Warwick, - Very clean, comfy, staff most accommodating.
• Brendan (10/5): Relaxing!!! - The staff went way above and beyond what you would expect. They spent over an hour ensuring our gruop had everything they needed in every room to make their stay as best as possible. Years staying in motels and never recieved service like this.

Not only an inconvenience for unloading but then someone else is parked outside your window and leaving early is a bit noisy. Our unit 14 bedside lamp didn't work and by the look of it hasn't for a while.

She also heated up our room for us prior to arrival. Simple gestures like that mean a lot and show how to give excellent customer service. The room was warm, clean, comfortable and stocked with teas and biscuits. After a long day I was set ! Very happy to recommend and stay here again.
