Jacqui (2/5): cheap but would never stay again. - Location directly opposite railyards meant that it was noisy from 4:30 onwards due to reverse beepers and trucks loading shipping containers. Room needs to be soundproofed. Bathroom hand-soap was very unpleasant and step up to bathroom not ideal.

Douglas (8/5): Good Accommadation alittle out of the center. - A little tricky to find but met our requirements, Good basic accommodation clean and tidy with plenty of room ideal for short or longer stays . Would stay again . What -- No tourist information center ?? We found it hard to be leave A place this big has no info center so did not see much in town !!
Tavinee (7/5): It was a great small get away for our family, the house is close to the playground and restaurant. - The place is like what has shown on the website. The house is ready on time and it is easy to check in. It would be better if the toilet is not that far from the bathroom. Also it would be great if there is more garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towel, foil and wraps provided.

Julie (1/5): We did not stay. - Absolutely nothing This property was not the one we were led to believe we had booked. We paid for what we thought was accommodation at Burnie City APARTMENTS. The house we went to was in an area where we did not feel comfortable staying. The toilet was antiquated, the windows were dirty. We inspected the property and left immediately, we did not stay. We then had to find alternative accommodation.

Timothy (5/5): - Close proximity to town & the penguins. The bed & linen. The bathroom was clean and the fridge was big. The noise from the transport hub across the road....seemed like all night. The parking was not convenient. Privacy was compromised. The step out of the bathroom was dangerous for older ones.

Claudia (10/5): Perfect place for large group - Everything was excellent. Place was very clean and new carpet. Comfortable beds, all the necessary in the kitchen and laundry. Short walking distance to the beach, supermarket (Coles), restaurants (many) and stores (2/3 blocks). The Location is perfect to go and back to another attractions in around one or one and a half hours. For us, going up one floor wasn’t a problem (there isn’t lift). It is not a complain, just to advise that a couple of chairs are loose an the parking spot were busy, but you have the possibility to parking in front of the building. in In weekly days is free after 6:00 pm until 9:00 am, and after 9:00 am for one hour paying $2,5, so it wasn’t a big deal for us. Saturday is free after 2:00 pm and Sunday all day is free.

Heather (9/5): - Location was excellent for access to walks and activities in Burnie and areas along the coast. Provision of champaign glasses was appreciated. Air conditioner is a bit old and noisy. Would have been nice to have an area to sit outside on a lovely day.
Dmitrii (8/5): - Communication is terrible. The address on the booking.com is incorrect. The only place you can find real address is in the confirmation email. I usually plan my trip in advance and when I’m heading the hotel, I open booking app and navigate myself to the destination. Unfortunately, when I came to the place I found no appointments. No one was answering both phones of booking app chat. In the sms a day before there were a party new address with a street name only. I’ve got a reply to my messages only next morning.
Maria (7/5): - It had everything we needed and looked lovely However, it was impossible to sleep with the noise coming from the rail tracks and the port, 24/7. There was also a broken venetian which let in so much light into the main bedroom.

The bedroom close to unit 1 the bed needs moving on other wall, you can hear people in other unit, needs block out curtains as the blinds didn't keep out lights cause . Lights outside was above windows in the bedrooms. And couldn't work washing machine and day we was leaving i found in the draws the instructions. So all instructions and information on anything wasn't out so you could see .apart from these it wasn't to bad.

Denise (7/5): - The location was great. We were staying so we could participate in the Burnie ten fun run. The car park was easy to locate. The apartment was nicely set out We arrived to check in at 2pm but couldn't get the code to work. We had been there about 5 minutes trying to get the key when the cleaner appeared and said she hadn't finished and we needed to come back after 3pm which was an hour later. Lucky we had a car to leave our bags in. We came back about 3:15 and the cleaner was just leaving. 5 minutes after being in the apartment we discovered the flush buttons on the toilet were stuck. I called the number we had. The person on the phone was lovely and very helpful. A gentleman turned up who was part owner. He was very nice. He went to Bunnings to see if he could find a part. He wasn't confident and said if he couldn't it wouldn't be fixed till Monday!!! Lucky it did get fixed. We didn't have a great first impression but we did end up enjoying our stay 😊

Melkeith (5/5): - The price was good and the location was quiet. There was a space heater in each bedroom which was handy because it was a very cold spring. We didn't like the fact that the toilet was nowhere near the bathroom, they were at opposite ends of the house. The drain in the shower was blocked so we only had one shower because the water was about to overflow onto the bathroom floor. I believe that the problem was being seen to after we left and we were reimbursed $20 each for the inconvenience. The house is old and needs a lot of work doing to it but it's appropriately priced so if you want a cheap 2 bedroom property this is fine.
