Pei Yin (10/5): - Excellent location which is a few minutes to Lancelin Sand Dune. It is directly facing the ocean and the sunset view is amazing. More importantly is the hospitality of the host. Glenn is a fantastic host proving us useful tips on where to go and what to look out for when driving.

Room a bit tired and dated but good size. Cute little balcony looking out to the sea. Plenty of hot water and pressure in the shower.

Very friendly staff who gave me recommendations. They have a restaurant with amazing view, I’ve had lovely food there. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Verified traveler (6/5): Nice restaurant, but unfortunately outdated rooms. - Hi is a beautiful place with a stunning view! The restaurant is very good and the terrace beautiful. The room was to old and the vent in the bathroom was so noisy that I decided not to use the light in the bathroom (with was connected to it), because of the noise emissions. The yard was smelling from old frying grease. You could hear every word from the people next door.
Phillip (6/5): - Arrived and wanted a show but it was either very hot or very cold could not regulate the temperature. Next morning no hot water at all!! Informed the manager on duty and didn't seem to care at all as we were checking out. Over $200 for one night never stay there again nor recommend to anyone.

Lee Ping (8/5): Good location with a view - Lovely motel by the beach. We could watch the stars and sunrise. Slightly dated but clean. There’s no wardrobe in the room. Loud music from the bar until late at night, which didn’t quite work for our family with young children who sleeps earlier.

Keith (6/5): - Check in was easy and staff friendly, booked a first floor room but given a ground floor one, nowhere to hang or place clothing, no signal to TV, no internet access, we have stayed at this hotel 3 times before, and it has always been what we needed, you can see that the renaming and changes to the facility's around the complex have improved things, however the units are less appealing in terms of facility's, which sadly means we would stay elsewhere in the future. which is a shame as the Management and staff work so hard
