- Mark (6/5): - Dirty marks on light switches and microwave, spills on kitchenette cabinets, spills on front of fridge and floor at base of fridge, there was a bowl that was unwashed and still had liquid (soup or noodle water) in it. Shower has huge calcium build up on floor. No dish cloth or tea towel to wash and dry dishes so used a face washer.

For roughly the same price the following night I stayed at Rydges which was 10x better, had 24 hour reception, mini bar and room service.

- WEN YI (9/5): - Interior looks new. Clean. Spacious. Convenience store and restaurants are around the corner. Our room didn't have windows that could be opened for ventilation. But they have nice air conditioners.

- Christine (9/5): Quiet retreat from the busy town a great place to rest and unwind - Comfort plus ,quiet given the location .Staff were friendly and very accomidating to my silly questions. You can see they take pride in their work and business ,made you feel very welcome. I didn't try the food so I can't comment on that
- SIA (7/5): 5 nights spent at the hotel from the 21st of January to the 26th. - The rooms and the accuracy of the cleaners (1) The layout of the building (2) The way the rooms are, I believe is not safe. (3) The rooms should be inside like normal hotel settings . But that layout looks like a motel (4) Room 11 bathroom has a problem The water was not draining properly because of that the water we were using to wash our body instead of draining properly it will remain back on the shower 🚿 then you step on it again.

Especially when they don't know who you are or how much money I may have. They made me feel as if I was on drugs when I was not. I could tell.

- Gary (5/5): For the price of the room not worth it. - If you like McDonalds then it was ok but no breakfast available on site Room maintenance/upkeep not very good. No undercover parking.
- Alan (5/5): less than acceptable - See through window blinds when lights are on .Not enough Privacy .Also lights next to bed were not able to be turned on due to non -intuitive system of turning them on. Furthermore the terms of the document that was required to be signed were not acceptable .The treat of extra charges if certain terms were not met is an unprecedented requirement.

- Chanelle (10/5): Great location, rooms and bistro! - We stayed for four nights. The room was modern, clean and spacious and the daily servicing was much appreciated. We ate at the bistro every night, the hotel had a deal where you get 10% off which was great, all our food was excellent as was the service. Great location. Awesome value for money. Would definitely stay again. Only slight issues were the shower head was very low and the beds a little small.

We stayed in Room 4 for 6 nights over the New Year period and the air conditioning didn't work properly. We asked for it to be fixed and an attempt was made but it never worked properly so it does need to be properly fixed.
