- Mark (7/5): A good honest motel in great location. - An excellent hot shower with good pressure but some complimentary lotions are always appreciated.. The bed was firm with crisp clean sheets The location was perfect for me as I was doing things this side of town and it is a short walk to the new very regular tram into civic. The wifi was a little slow and only 600Mb can't help me with my internet usage and travel photo editing.
- Annette (7/5): Good hotel to choose, beds comfy, bathroom sink taps need attention. - Proximity to Canberra Balloon Festival. The taps were so hard to turn on at the sink.
The UHV milk was off so we couldn't have morning coffee.
- Lehmann (7/5): Excellent location. - I did not request breakfast. All good

Bedside were comfy I felt sorry for the hotel. It is so old and tired. You can tell it was once a great thriving hotel. Now, noone cares about it
There were ants in the bathroom.

- Mary (7/5): Very quiet, ample parking, close to everything. As a pensioner it is very affordable and clean. - mainly it is close to everywhere I need to go. Suggestion, might be a good idea to put a foam strip down stile of main door to stop slight bang when windy.

- Samantha (2/5): - It was located in an area central to areas we needed to travel to, as well as local petrol stations, shops and chemists. The cleanliness of the room was very poor. Whilst I would have liked shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom facilities, the biggest problem was constantly finding ants in my bed and on the walls. I was constantly squashing ants and the carpet looked very dirty.

- Florence (4/5): -
- Martin (8/5): -
- Amanda (8/5): -
- Amandeep (6/5): -
- Rahul (1/5): - They didn’t even provide a hand wash. Normally a hotel provide shampoo, tooth paste and liquid soap . It was really shocking that they didn’t keep a plate for us to have food, or even a bottle of water. It was clean and they send us details to check in after 7pm which was good.
- Katharine (9/5): -
- Ni Ketut Tantri (10/5): -
- Olha (8/5): - Without breakfast Good
- Josep (6/5): Interesting and memorable. - Location is good. Staff was nice. The room was cold in the night. The heater was on but didn't enough to warm up the room. I stayed at R 261 (second level). Got a lot of wind because the gap between the floor and the door is quite wide. I think it was also because of the Winter. I couldn't stay overnight and decided to leave the place in the midnight and drived to Sydney. My car was much warmer and safer for my health.
