Room smelt of cleaning chemicals and couldn't be aired out as there were no screens on any of the doors or windows. Bedroom was dusty. Causing a runny nose. Photos on booking.com were deceptive as the outside building needs painting.

The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it perfect for a good night’s rest. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again in the future. Lots of frogs due to the wet season.

Emma (1/5): Overpriced, old, the dumps - Photos do not match the property at all. The pool was green, too afraid to swim in it, no grass, dirt everywhere. No AC in bedrooms, some doors didnt lock.... We didn't even stay there, we found somewhere else. Hubby refused to stay there.. I stayed at a mansion for the same price as this dump.. Ripped off

Olivia (2/5): The photos shown look very outdated to what we actually experienced. This place would be more for a one night stay - Pool Unclean, mould on the curtains and mattress. Microwave smelt like cigarettes, couch had weird marks on it. There was a hole in our closet. Bugs like cockroaches and ants got into the place every day. Lights would flicker occasionally. The air conditioning was actually really good, bathroom was pretty clean

Julian (1/5): Die Unterkunft ist ein Scam - Nichts, wir haben keine Nacht dort verbracht da alles dreckig war. Als wir in Bowen ankamen sind wir direkt zur Unterkunft gefahren. Haben uns dort umgeschaut und mit Schrecken festgestellt dass die Unterkunft mit den Bilder nicht übereinstimmt. Da wir über Booking keine Buchungsbetätigjng des Betreibers erhielten, sind wir zur Rezeption gefahren um die Schlüssel abzuholen. Als wir beim Betreiber der Unterkunft angesprochen haben wie heruntergekommen alles aussieht, wurden wir von ihm freundlicherweise belehrt, dass man keine Unterkünfte nach Bildern buchen darf und darauf keinen Wert legen kann. Nach einem sehr nervenaufreibenden hin und her, haben wir uns dazu entschieden die Unterkunft zu stornieren. Daraufhin versprach uns der Betreiber die Buchung kostenlos zu stornieren, sodass wir das Geld zurückbekommen würden. Naja wir haben nach mehrmaligem nachfragen bis heute noch nichts gehört weder noch eine Antwort erhalten. Am besten schauen sie vor der Buchung die Unterkunft in Google Maps an.

Ahlam (4/5): Niente di che - Lo staff era gentile , 7 min a piedi dalla spiaggetta molto tranquilla , nella piccola cucina c’è tutto il necessario per cucinare Non hanno il Wi-Fi , la casa è davvero davvero vecchia , ci sono formiche sul tavolo della cucina di continuo anche se non c’è cibo ! Abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio in giro per il salotto la sera , un Geco in bagno e una rana davanti alla porta 🫠 .

Daniel (1/5): Didn’t stay .. left the property - Very run down. other property users seemed unfriendly and looked to be more permanent residents rather than travellers Run down. Room clean but very dusty. actually did not feel safe to have my young children there, and left after only 10 minutes after check in to find another motel/accommodation for the night.

Barbara (8/5): Easy - I arrived very late so they were lovely enough to make sure the room was accessible. This is clearly communicated to me by phone. TV did not work
Tam (10/5): As always happy as - Hosts are always great, location is good close to beach, food, movie theatre and more. The facilities are more than adequate for the price. Always try and stay there when i come t town. Would highly recommend it to families.

Keith (6/5): Well priced, excellent host, good for an overnight stay or a small family as it had a set of bunks and double or queen b - It was fairly close to Bowen township, although it was a little old and run down it served our purpose and was quite reasonably priced. Comfortable bed and shower was great. The host was wonderful and very friendly. What we liked about this property was it had a full working kitchen with a stove and oven and a decent sized fridge. It also had pots and pans and cutlery and cups and plates It was fairly run down and would have looked great with a fresh coat of paint. Maybe some new carpets to freshen the place up.
