• Jay Jay Kash (10/5): Enjoyed. - Shops nearby is a plus, location is good. Good overall. Walking in to the room initially, was a turn off.... it smells like a bundle shop although it disappears after a while when the air-conditioning is on. The room spacious with a huge balcony.

• Johari (7/5): - Service, cleanliness and food are all ok according to the price offered. The hotel is also in a good location, easy to get everywhere. I don't like it because the facilities for ironing clothes are not provided in the room or on each level. The only facilities provided are on level 3. If we are in another room, it is difficult to go down to level 3 to iron our clothes. And there are no chairs provided in the ironing area. If we are women who want to iron, we will definitely need a companion. If there is no chair, how can a companion wait for us who are ironing? A hotel with many visitors should be able to provide an iron in each room for the convenience of customers. The price of an iron is not very expensive if it is provided in each room. And only the parking is quite limited.

• Zris (5/5): - Clean and neat. Location is easy access to a lot of shops and eateries The hotel mixed up and cancelled my bookings. Upon arrival, i couldn't checked in caused apparently somebody has cancelled my reservation. I clarified that its not me and it turns out they mixed up my reservation with someone else. Took a while for things to be sorted out. Other issue is with the bed lighting. Its actually spoilt but i was too exhausted after the check in ordeal to report the issue.

• NORMALIZA (10/5): - Proses check in sekejap..dapat free upgrade bilik. Parking banyak depan hotel sebab weekdays. Dekat bawah hotel ada kedai makan dan 7e dan CU walking distance je. Semua okay.
• yanaa samm (9/5): A clean, comfortable stay with friendly service and great convenience - Spotlessly clean, from the reception area right up to the room. Although the breakfast didn’t offer a wide variety, it was still sufficient and delicious. The staff were friendly, helpful, and kind, and there was even security at night. Parking is available around the hotel, so there’s no need to worry about parking coupons. It’s also conveniently located near several convenience stores

The breakfast was delicious, even though the menu selection was slightly limited. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

• Eileen (8/5): - 1) Clean room, comfy bed, everything were well prepared for 3 adults as per booking, all staff are helpful and polite (from front security to counter, cleaning and restaurant). 2) Good buffet breakfast, not many main dishes but they do provide a variety of other choices, i.e. bread with toaster and few bread spread, plain porridge with few types of condiments, cornflakes with fresh milk, drinks were coffee, tea and fruit juice. Plates, cups & cutleries were well arranged, easy to reach. Clean and comfortable dining area. 3) The patio on level 4 is a nice & windy area, can view sun rise, & the surrounding buildings. Not sure if can see the sun set. 4) Many parking lots provided with shelter behind the hotel for customer Parking lot seems not spacious enough for bigger cars to park side by side. That's it.
