• Karen (9/5): A good place to stay on budget - Rooms were clean, staff very friendly. Lovely shower. Semi undercover parking. Have never seen that at drive to door motels. Great prices for our two night stay. Bed not uncomfortable but not comfortable either. Certainly a bit hard.

• Marianne Sammon (8/5): Location tick, spotlessly clean older but comfortable rooms, friendly helpful staff - Older room but spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful staff at check in and we used the secure key box on departure. Great location for access to Moama and to returning home easy highway access. Mosly undercover car park was great.

• Kathryn (10/5): A gem! Everything you could want - What a wonderful place to stay. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Staff are so lovely. Having a free guest laundry is a huge bonus. Great location, easy to get to and from. Highly recommend. Nothing to dislike

• Nicholas (3/5): - Staff responsive to the multiple issues we had to bring to them. No extra pillows in room, had to ask for more at reception. Shower drain blocked after only a few minutes. We had to be given the key to another room the following morning after the guests there had left and it had been cleaned, just to have a shower. Generally unclean. Somewhat noisy.

Comfortable beds, overhead reading down lights, tea, coffee, milk, delicious biscuits, well appointed rooms, generous supply of cutlery, crockery, glasses , microwave and toaster and outdoor table and chairs. Water pressure was terrible, couldn’t sort out the wifi, room was very old and outdated with broken furniture. Room could use a good vacuum around the edges not just the main parts as there is a lot of dust build up.

• Kim (5/5): Tired and dated but comfy bed and reasonably priced. With a little hard work could be a gem - Clean sheets. Person at check in was a lovely gentleman. Helpful and courteous. Mould in bathroom ceiling. Electric blankets did not work. Complimentary milk was off & lumpy. Welcome book was 6 months out of date for “things on in Echuca “. Pool was closed on a warm day. I believe it wasn’t suitable to swim in it for algae.
• Melanie (6/5): ok for a night or two if your on a budget. - Location and price No kitchenette in room just a microwave toaster and kettle. Plates and cutlery still had chunks on them. Light in bedroom didn’t work. Mould on ceilings and dirt in corners of the floor. Single bed quilt had a stain that I hope wasn’t blood but looked suspicious. Walls were paper thin and we could hear everything going on outside. Curtains closed but were broken and dodgy. Power points were looks and jiggling around the wall. The coffee table was cheap and flimsy with holes punctured on the top and very visible signs of wear. We felt safe for the night and the room was warm enough without need for any heating. I wouldn’t mind staying again but wouldn’t want to be there much more than a night or two. It needs some TLC, the rooms photographed are definitely the best they offer so lower your expectations from those.

The complex was old. & tired & needed Ed desperate refreshment... too much competition out there. But a big thank you 🙏 😇 The room was clean but furniture very tired & in desperate need to be replaced as chairs were stained. Facilities ad everything you could think of, even free laundry & a communal kitchen. Reception staff was super helpful & friendly. Cleaning staff were brilliant & friendly. • Tricia Ann Bernadette (8/5): Nice place and affordable - The room was spacious, provided a kettle and toaster,cups ,glasses and cutlery, if you want you can use communal kitchen and laundry and they have a pool. Nothing to dislike other than how far away from town it was if you don't drive.

Obviously have a small ant problem. Can of spray in room. Kettle needed to be replaced as had black stuff on element which pieces would come off when boiled. Toaster had patches of rust on slides. No hooks in bathroom for clothes or towels.

• Sharon (1/5): Would not recommend this place at all, it was shocking . - Closeness to Main Street There were ants all through the room , including in the bed ! There were no working lamps , the shower vent was putrid and the drain plug in the shower was not secure and it didn’t drain water properly. You were standing in 2inches of water . There was also only 1 towel for 2 guests .

• Rebecca (5/5): Has the potential to be a good Motel, but the blocked shower drain was a let down. - Overall the accommodation was clean and comfortable and fine for an overnight stay. When we came back to the room later in the evening, we discovered that the shower drain was blocked. As reception had closed, we resorted to short low pressure showers to avoid water flooding into the bathroom. I have emailed the property about the blocked drain but they have not replied over a week later, which is disappointing.

• Kim (1/5): Left a message on voicemail to discuss no return call, disappointing customer service experience & not worth anywher - Dirty air-conditioner leaking onto the floor place was disgusting and dirty fight in the AM hours of the morning next room’s car got its blinker smashed The water dripping from the aircon/heater owner knows about it staff said but he hasn’t done anything about it. I have respiratory issues the dampness in the room didn’t help.
• Mallory (3/5): Would not stay here again. - The location was nice and easy to get to. There was grass growing in the shower, 1 of the bed frames were broken, the towels were not clean and some power points didn’t work. The hearting wasn’t great for the size of the apartment and some windows didn’t have a curtain to cover them. I could hear everything from the connecting door to our room from a stranger. I have rang for 4 days straight to give the motel a chance to respond but they will not answer the phone. When they answered twice they said they will call me back but never do. When I finally got in touch with management they said they would call me back but once again never did.

I did have trouble with key into lock of room so needed help to enter room. hope manager has this fixed for future guests. The area outside units were not very clean even though it had been washed down (needed sweeping) There was a Coles shopping bag of rubbish ( I guess as I didn't look )which was still there when I left.
