- David (9/5): Good, clean and quiet. - Had an issue with the room, but the staff happily moved us to another room without an issue, and repeatedly apologised about the issue. We even booked our next stay with them while we were there. Minor issue with one rooms hot water, but they happily moved us without an issue. The whole motel is looking a little aged and could do with a bit of a clean, paint and wifi update, but this is more for looks and would not affect the quality of the stay.

Food options very close by is always handy. Keyless entry with passcode made ‘check in’ easy as. Friendly and considerate staff were more than helpful

- Kim (10/5): I was up visiting family and this place was in a central place. Will be staying again was - The location was in a great central spot. It was a three-minute drive to all places to a five-minute drive. Was very clean and tidy and the other guest were very quiet. the setup of entry to the room was amazing could not complain once I was told how to get into the room - note to oneself read the emails. There wasn't much to dislike. Read your email to get into your room or be told how payment was being made, instead of making an idiot out of oneself.

Room was not properly cleaned with bugs in the light fittings, dust build up on edges of carpets in bedrooms, dirt and food scraps under the furniture, only one tea bag for a family of four over night, fridge/freezer needed defrosting, bathroom had an old peeling toilet seat, basin tap was wobbly and sprayed water from the side of the tap, stained sink, broken floor tiles and grout missing out of the shower. For $217 for the night, I expect it to be cleaned properly at the very least. For a family studio aswell, it only had a little two seater couch. Restaurant only available during the week, room service over weekends pointless booking there for the extras, restaurant closed, pool area very plain and uninviting. Not worth the extra money spent.

I hope they enjoyed the beers and West Coast Coolers i left in the fridge...lol The lounge was uncomfortable and the TV too small. TV in bedroom would be nice as cannot lay to watch a movie on the small lounge.
