Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (6/5): - It was OK a far way out of town should say that it is not really for travellers only workers
- Levi (10/5): - Great place to stop over or stay for work travel. Clean and tidy, staff are welcoming and have a laugh.
- Nancy (10/5): Lovely host - It was great for one night a fair way out of town
- Kamran (2/5): Booking not honoured after paying for room. - Booked this room through Wotif and paid. When I turned up at the hotel later on they said they were full and refused to honour the booking. They were very arrogant and dismissive in their attitude as if it were my error and not theirs. Steer clear of this hotel.
Note: as I didn't stay there I couldn't comment on the condition of the room I had booked, however it is not possible to submit the review without filling those fields out.
- CHEW (8/5): value - Good value for money.
Not very quiet in the morning as lot of miners go to work early morning.
- marilyn (8/5): Exactly Wat we wanted - No complains we wanted a comfortable bed and a good shower and that's Wat we got
- Uri (10/5): Very nice accommodation - The room was comfortable and spacious, friendly service.
- jeff (8/5): Self contained. Very convenient - A bit out of town but quiet and safeguard place to stay when travelling
- PK (10/5): FANTASTIC ACCom - Always the experience is amazing. One of the best customer service experiences I know in the Pilbara. Rooms are always a delight, amazing value for what you get and the warmth of welcome is priceless. Peter K
- wayne (8/5): Great stay - Easy to find just out of town. Staff is helpful and welcoming. If looking for a place in Karratha, look no more, stop here and enjoy
- Andy (10/5): Quiet and accessible. - Late arrival after a long day. Warm and friendly welcome and very comfy room with super effective air con. Very reasonably priced accommodation in a town that, in general, is very expensive. Thanks
- john (6/5): Too far from townsite - Only used the room to sleep. Drains smelt and limited hot water.
- okay (6/5): Basic accomodation - Room was cleN and tidy. Walls are paper thin so this ensured a noisy night thanks to the room beside us.
Didnt see any other facilities here but had all the basics.
- Verified traveler (6/5): 1 night stopover - The room and price suited our needs for a one night stopover between Port Hedland and Exmouth.
Very courteous and efficient receptionist.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Karratha Lodge - Nice little Lodge with the comforts that you need while you are away, with friendly staff to assist you with your needs what more could you need.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great value - If you are looking for a clean room, clean bed at a very reasonable rate then this place is fantastic. They even allowed us a late check out. Nice clean hotel. Would stay there again
5 mn drive away from town cbd
- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent - Clean room, only 5 minutes from the town centre. Only stayed for 1 night between broome and exmouth. Free laundry and full cooking facilities in the room. Considering it is a cabin it is one of the nicest rooms we've had on the west coast so far.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Over night on the way through karratha - Good price , great room , would definitely use again and recommend
- George (10/5): Perfect for solo traveller - Good facilities, comfortable, free wifi, quiet location, free parking
- Verified traveler (8/5): Location is within the light-industrial area - Great location near to the Coastal Highway, however does not have dining provision on-site.
- kimbo (8/5): home away from home - lodge is great nice and close to Karratha centre.lady in office great arrived a bit late no big deal
- PJ (8/5): Great place - Friendly staff and comfortable reasonable sized room with all the amenities (TV, aircon, fridge, kitchenette, work desk, block out blinds)
- Peter (8/5): Good cabins with good facilities - A good base for visiting attractions in and around Karratha. In the Light Industrial Area out of town a couple of k's from the town centre.
- Nachelle (10/5): Awesome had everything we needed. - Reception was friendly and offered us a closer room. Room had all you could need and was close to the laundry which open all night and with complimentary powder.
Ice machine, located just out of town.
- Kimberley (6/5): Cheap, clean & friendly accomodation - We've stayed here before and will do again in the future. This isn't your average 'motel'; it's a heap of demountables (3 rooms to a building) surrounded by very neat & tidy grounds. Rooms are basic (double bed, desk, wardrobe) but always clean and have everything you need. The kitchenette is handy; bar fridge, small bench-top oven and microwave so suitable for longer stay. Laundry facilities on site are free of charge which is a lovely bonus.
The Karratha Lodge staff are so welcoming and always have a smile. We arrived late in the evening but it wasn't a drama for these guys.
We'd definitely recommend it :)
- Russell (8/5): Good value for a stopover in Karratha - Comfortable Clean and inexpensive accommodation. Interesting to experience the FIFO workers type accommodation. The property is in excellent condition and the gardens make it more attractive than most.

- Verified traveler (8/5): very helpful and convivial host - All help provided for request for wifi connection and adjacent rooms. Couln't have been more accommodating.
- Verified traveler (8/5): . - Mining site type demountable accommodation but very clean and comfortable. Not your typical motel room and not suitable for children or families but cleanliness and comfort was excellent. This place is about 5km from the centre of Karratha and situated in the Industrial area but it is well maintained, well presented and perfect for workers or business people. I would certainly stay there again.
