The front window and the bathroom window needs more than a blind, also a curtain for privacy.

• Seyed Mansour (6/5): - We stayed here for a second time. The suites are spacious and the have all the basic necessities. We also liked the peaceful beautifully landscaped environment. The roses are an absolute hit. The plumbing needs maintenance. The family suite where we stayed had a faulty hot water tap that made a screech. It wasn't a big deal but the next door neighbour's shower had even a louder screech. They decided to shower at 11:30pm and that meant we couldn't get a good night's sleep.

• Vicki (8/5): This is a great place to stay. Very quiet, parking is a breeze and the rooms are very comfortable and spotless - Clean, spacious. We had a lovely kitchen to cook in. Big bathroom with a heater and fan. Guys, to be totally honest I think it’s time for in upgrade on the bed linen. I must stress, it was very clean but it just feels and looks old and as someone who has worked in housekeeping I know how guests might feel.

Big bathroom, fantastic. Great kitchen equipped well. Very spacious and close to everything and very near to Tenterfield.

• Greg (10/5): Highly recommended; quiet, comfortable and spacious - We had a 2 bedroom family apartment, designed with accessibility in mind. It was super spacious with a comfortable lounge area, well appointed kitchen and accessible bathroom. Plenty of room to move around if you are restricted to a mobility aid (we weren't but notice these things). Good size fridge, plenty of bench space, microwave and full size range (electric cooktop and oven) for preparing your own meals. Filtered water dispenser with hot and cold output options. Also a terrific enclosed barbecue area with multiple barbecues and tables/chairs. Free espresso coffee machine in the communal dining area if you don't like the instant variety supplied in your room. The place was squeaky clean and well maintained with friendly and welcoming staff. Great country hospitality! The only downside of this wonderful establishment is that you need a vehicle (or maybe just enjoy a long walk?) to get down into the Tenterfield town centre and access the great diversity of cafes, pubs, shops, and other businesses.

It had a large full kitchen large lounge room and lounge. The wood polished floors were beautiful. The main large bedroom had its own air-conditioning and TV. 2 beautiful single beds in second room. Very large bathroom. My brother wanted to move in to the unit and live there.the young couple that looked after the place was really lovely. Thank you for our stay we wished we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back again. Nothing everything was perfect

• Nic (8/5): Quaint and cosy - This is a very pretty spot, in a lovely town parking was convenient, and the cabin was quaint but cosy. The bed and facilities were all nice. The aircon was quiet. The bathroom looked great, but the shower curtain was a bit of a pain, tending to suck inwards and stick to the user. The toilet also is in a bit of a nook - charming but a bit squeezy.

Plenty of desk space for laptop use, and good supply of power points. The taps in the bathroom were very difficult to regulate and quite noisy. Chairs were too low for comfortable eating and writing.

• Douglas (8/5): Great motel for a good price - Really easy check in and out. Older but clean and comfortable. Would happily stay again. Open shower with a shower curtain - which is in the images and known beforehand. But it does mean the whole bathroom ends up wet. Not the end of the world.
