Solo_Happy_Traveller (6/5): A comfortable stay with good space and amenities, overall did not quite justify the price. - Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the undercover parking was a real plus. The room itself was very spacious, around 34sqm, with both air conditioning and a quality ceiling fan. The bed was comfortable, and the washer and dryer facilities were excellent and very convenient. The layout of the room felt a little off. The bed placement did not quite suit the proportions of the space, and a different orientation would have made better use of the room. The small table and two chairs felt undersized for such a large area and came across as underwhelming rather than functional. Overall, the room felt sparsely furnished and could benefit from additional pieces such as a desk and some soft touches like rugs to make it feel warmer and more cohesive. The television was on the smaller side and mounted at an angle, which made viewing from the bed less than ideal. The bathroom was compact but usable, however I did notice a black hair in the shower, which was disappointing, especially given I am blonde, so it was clearly not from our stay. The toilet being located in the laundry area was also unusual. The listing photos give the impression of a smaller, cosier room, which does not reflect the actual size of the space. At $392 for one night, the overall experience felt significantly above what would normally be expected for a motor inn with limited services. While the stay was comfortable, the presentation and finish did not align with the price point.

There were Plates, Bowls, Cutlery and Toaster. 😊 Nothing really. It is an older style Motel but the room we stayed in had a newly renovated bathroom.

Tanya (5/5): Overall our stay was okay, could’ve been better but it was somewhere to stay and it worked for us. - The location was very handy and close to shops, laundromat, food and more. There were thermal blankets in the beds which kept us super warm during the whole night, and the beds were comfortable. Heater/aircon worked nicely, as well as tv. One of the owners upgraded our room for free from a double bed, to a double and a single, which was wonderful. We were around 5 minutes late to be out of our room in the morning, and the cleaner lady was kind and patiently waited outside. As we had a pet room, there were pet hairs from the previous animal that had been in there on the top of the bed covers. Whiskers from people shaving were found in the shower.. and the shower all round was not the best thing ever. Not at any fault of the owners was this, but whilst packing our car to leave in the morning, the residents next to us let their dog run into our room and pee all over our carpet, not bothering to call it back or even apologise. Rude and ignorant residents.

I can't thank them enough for helping us at the worst time of our life as we had to flee fire affected area. Central to all restaurants and take away and petrol stations. Even better we could have our dog there as long as he didn't get on furniture so made the stay feel more like home.

DAVID (8/5): Comfortable stay - Friendly service from receptionist. Able to check in late. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good sized fridge larger than most. Utensils and crockery provided for self-catering breakfast. 😀 Garden looked tired and needed some attention.
