- Carleen (7/5): It had everything we needed. - Clean and it had 2 double beds, with no outstanding fragrances. A great kitchen section with a large bathroom. Greeted well by our host. It was our first night on our holiday and we had to double back an hour later after leaving, realising we had left the fridge full including my son’s spare insulin. We had not got into the habit of double and triple checking everything before leaving. We did after that. Our room was located out front and had easy access with only a couple of stairs. Easy to find and comfortable. My bed/mattress in the lounge area, was a little hard, probably needed a mattress topper to make it more comfy. A couple of stairs up to the room was fine but if you have a walker it would be a little harder. Not sure on other rooms. The driveway onto the road would be difficult for low coverage vehicles as they would scrape.

The room consisted of 2 single beds and a queen bed, a dining table with 4 chairs, TV, kitchen crockery and cutlery with microwave, toaster and electric jug. The bathrroom has been renovated to a good standard. Ample windows with sheers and block out curtains. Quiet. The TV is not a smart TV, and viewing channels are very limited. Atmospheric interference from time to time

- David (9/5): - clean, spacious, and exactly what I needed after a day exploring the Great Ocean Road. The location is great, close enough to walk into town but still quiet and relaxed. Staff were friendly too, which made the stay easy from start to finish. Nothing I didn't like.

The staff I didn't meet but they were helpful enough via the app. Great, quiet location in Port Campbell away from the loud pub on "main Street". Nothing to complain about, except maybe our unit had a couple of narrow steps leading into it which may be a problem if you need to carry a stroller but we just left in the car and it doesn't impact my rating.

Staff was very friendly and helpful About a quarter mile walk to twon which has about half a dozen restaurants and a small gracery store, Beach is just past town, Interntet was intermitant whih may be a local issue and not the hotel

- SHOTA (10/5): - ホテル名や、他の人の口コミもあり、正直全く期待してなかったのですが、部屋がしっかりとメンテナンスされていて、期待以上に清潔でした。 また、チェックイン時に話した会話をスタッフの方が覚えてくれていて、当日の観光についてもアドバイスしてくれました！ 高級ホテルの設備ではもちろん無いですが、非常に満足できるホテルでした。 中心部にも徒歩5～10分で行けるので、ロケーションも良いです！ 特にありませんでした。

- Rudi (7/5): Apartment mit schöner Aussenanlage - Beim Eintreten in das Apartment fiel sofort der Esstisch auf. Er war komplett beschaedigt, angebort und unsauber. Wir haben reklamiert. Das hat leider einen sehr schlechten Eindruck vermittelt. Alles scheint abgewohnt zu sein. Wenig Platz in der Kueche, keine Ablageflaechen, Eisfach im Kuehlschrank vereist, TV uralt. Schöne Aussenanlage, Bettmatratzen gut und das Bad gut.

- Alma (8/5): - The property is in a great location with stores and restaurants nearby and a beach nearby. It is big, clean and has a nice veranda. The staff who attended to isa was very helpful and friendly. What I didn’t like about the property is that there is only a bathtub where you can take a shower, no rubber mats in the bathtub which made it a little slippery for our old folks.
