The hotel was booked out when I stayed so parking was full most of the time which meant I needed to find on street parking which was difficult as most of it was timed.

If you plan on sleeping this won’t work for you Extreme noise of a night means you can’t sleep. The parking is on top of each other and the room is advertised with a kitchenette, microwave, kettle etc and none of that was in the room.

Melinda (8/5): Very convenient location and highly competitive rate, comfortable room. - This is an ideal spot if you need a "home base" for exploring Albury. Right in the centre of town, just off the main street and an easy stroll to the shops and restaurants. A three minute walk to the Entertainment Centre, so perfect if you are attending an event there. The room was neat and clean, with a comfortable bed. Whilst there is only the basic amenities, that was all I required and it is reflected in the highly competitive rate for the room. A very nice Thai restaurant just at the front of the hotel. The bathroom is very dated with a small old-fashioned shower that isn't easy to access.

The shops were nearby as well which made it very easy. The parking was great too. everything was very basic as expected! the cleaning products used have an extremely strong smell that definitely lingers around.

What warning signs there are small, easy to overlook and almost invisible for those arriving at night (as we did). More prominent warning signs would to good - larger, hi vis and refective. The parking seems insufficient. We didn't need to but from the signage in the motel it seems that some guests may need to park out the street. Keelie (5/5): Great location, bathroom was in need of an upgrade music from the neighbouring venue was unbearable - Great location, friendly service We had stayed here before and I wasn’t aware some rooms were better than others, the bathroom in ours looked to be original and wasn’t very clean. There was also a lovely wedding on in an outdoor venue directly behind our room which we could see and unfortunately hear very loud music until almost midnight, wasn’t ideal as we were travelling for high level sporting commitments and had to be up very early the next day. It was so loud that you could feel the beat of the music we were all exhausted the next day. I appreciate the accommodation may not have known but I would have come prepared with ear plugs should we have known how late it would finish.

Stacey (3/5): - The bed was comfortable. The gentleman in reception was friendly When we arrived to check in I asked if I could pay cash, which I was told that my credit card was already charged. When we arrived we had to rush off for dinner, but when we got back to get an early night, we found that 2 out of the three beds had stained quilts, so i had to sleep under just a sheet There was a wedding next door which was so loud and our room overlooked the road so we were kept awake until 315 am with revving cars and loud pedestrians. The carpets were extremely worn. There were light globes that needed replacing, the roller blind in the bedroom was broken. There was no foxtel, no chopping board and no sharp knife. I would not recommend this accommodation and would never return.

It has exposed nails under the carpet (carpet grabber strip) near the bathroom entry at the frontofthe wardrobe. The security window lock is faulty, and the window has only covered metal fly screens. Which can be easily removed by fingertips from outside.

Elizabeth Puamau (6/5): Central location helped a lot to get around Albury including shops, restaurants & family living ther - Staff great, friendly, accommodating including cleaners and rooms comfortable for overnight stay just not enough car parking space not enough car park space
Annie (8/5): Good location, friendly staff, spacious - Staff were very friendly, shower pressure great, spacious Pillows not the best
