The air con and the ceiling fans were also a life saver! The couches in both poolside units we booked very very hard and uncomfortable. In one of the units had a smart TV which allowed us to log into to stream Netflix and YouTube however the other unit had a free view TV so the boys were unable to stream which was disappointing. Also late pool treatment meant it was not available until 11am some days which the kids found an inconvenience.

The air conditioning didn't work, the staff were rude and dismissive, there was a horrible sewer smell, there was no Smart TV in our superior cabin, the pool was awfully murky. Opening hours for reception and the recreation room were too short for a peak holiday period (early January) and I have lively, active boys. Staff didn't want to talk to patrons - they actually had a sign on the reception door indicating that they weren't there when they were. The people working there shouldn't be in hospitality. We left a night early because we just weren't relaxing there. They should have offered some kind of refund.
