TV was too old to display all available channels. Didn't use aircon. Pub was reasonable. Meals were ok only.

The bistro has great food with room service and you can grab a beer or drink. I prefer privately owned over chains and this is one I’d highly recommend!

( if I had needed it, and if I had asked, I am sure it would have been provided.) Over all clean and comfortable for an overnight stay - my second visit.

• Shayne (10/5): A great place for accomodation and Meals. - A great motel, all ground floor rooms with plenty of parking outside the door. Very good rooms, very quiet with no traffic noise. Rooms have everything you could wish for. Walk 50 meters to their Hotel with a great bistro and excellent meals at a good price. A new favourite place to stay.

I was concerned about road noise but was pleasantly surprised at how quite the rooms where. Didn’t eat in bistro although it appear to have an extensive menu

• Verified traveler (8/5): A quiet stay at the Overland - I stayed at the Overland for three nights as a step off point for the Winton Historic Races. The room I had was in the back section of the complex and was a great location as it was quiet and in the middle of the section. I found it to be very comfortable for the price.The hotel staff were friendly and the food I enjoyed each night was plentiful and tasty as was the beer.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Great little motel on the edge of town - We stayed here for 3 nights and had a great experience. The staff were so incredibly friendly! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was not a lot of noise in the area. The pool was fantastic and we enjoyed our swim! There is also a shopping centre right across the road within walking distance if you need to buy anything. The room has tea/coffee/hot chocolate and biscuits supplied and there is a kettle and toaster. The fridge is a good size to fit a few things you might need during your stay. Also the bathroom comes with shampoo/conditioner and body wash built into the shower. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation!

• sarah. (8/5): Great for overnight stay - This hotel was great for an over night stay. The room was tidy and clean. The children's play ground and swimming pool were lovely. Our 3.5 yo thouroly enjoyed him self. The only problem we had was the listed facilities on the site we booked through listed the room had a microwave which we needed having a new born and the room didn't have one which was a bit annoying. Other than that we would stay again.

We were all set to go, only to receive a phone call to say they actually didn't have a room available for us. They were not accommodating and basically had the attitude 'bad luck'. We were then unable to book a suitable room in the area and were unable to go away with friends as planned.

• troy (8/5): Convenient great for overnight stay - Stayed there for one night and it was close to the hotel for a meal and there's a shopping centre nearby. Bit noisy to the end of the night at the hotel as it was Saturday but showers were hot and everything else was comfortable.
