• Leeanne (10/5): - Loved how family friendly it was and just something that was amazing is one of the pools are heated, one is cold and the other it a hot tub. Plus they also dont tell you there is the ride ons to hire $10 for half an hour and another wonderful thing is that they have group activities for the kids. The fact that they have everything but wasn't on website. Jokes it was just amazing really great for all.

• Melissa (9/5): We loved our stay, perfect for our little family. Will be back! - Pool and amenities were great, especially for young children. Pool was heated, so could be used even on cooler April days. One of the cleanest cabins I've ever stayed in, and it had everything you need in the kitchen. And the location meant that everything was a short drive away - we enjoyed wineries, cheese shops and the Hunter Gardens. The cabin was a little bit dated, but didn't cause enough issues to lessen our experience.

• Shirley girly (9/5): Fantastic caravan park for a school holiday getaway - The cabin was spacious and was modern with a smart tv and it had very comfy beds. The pool area was great - 2 big pools, one heated, and also a spa. There was also a jumping pillow that my grand daughter really enjoyed using There was nothing in particular that could;ve been better

• Hayley (1/5): - The pool area was good The jumping pillow is way outdated and falling apart, the cabin was infested with spiders and we got bitten multiple times while sleeping even after using a whole can of fly spray. The cover fell off the ceiling fan in the bathroom when turned on. Wanted to get the kids some board games to play but they were $20 each to borrow . There were small dogs in a cabin 2 cabins down from us that barked the whole time and through the night.

• Alison (10/5): A comfortable cabin in a convenient location for the Hunter Valley. - The cabin was modern and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. We used the site washing machines which were good value and worked well. The bathroom sink was tiny and not much use for washing anything more than your hands. There was also a complete lack of shelving in the bathroom for basic items such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant etc.

• Naomi (1/5): - I usually love staying here, but the room i was given this time around was really dirty, the lighting felt like I was in a hospital, the floor was really gritty and dirty. For the price it was a very low budget room. I am aware it was a room designed for disability stayers. But we found even so it should have been a little cleaner. The marks on the walls and furniture made it feel really low budget. I genuinely usually love staying here but I felt really dissatisfied after this time. It wasnt a very nice cabin to stay in at all. Staff are always great and very helpful

• Parthiv (10/5): Very great experience. - Very well located in center of city with all amenities closed by. Everything is easily accessible. Location itself has great amenities like open space for outdoor sports, pool both for adults and kids, walking track. All of us were able to spend time within premise without looking much for outdoor options. There is nothing we didn't like.

There are two swimming pools—one is kept at a regular temperature, and the other is heated, which is a great feature. Everything is very nice, clean, and well-maintained. WIFI is poor; I need to use my mobile hotspot.

Super Clean! - Amazing pools, we stayed for 3 nights with temps of 40 each day - the pools were large and not too busy even during peak season. Pool side Cabin for the win! Important to also note our cabin had aircon and fans! Even with 40 degree days we were kept cool inside. Beds were very comfortable. nothing

Pizza oven not available for use, no wifi available, and the aircon in our room was broken. • Themis (10/5): Great Hunter Valley Stay - Cabins are very clean, and contained just about everything we required for a short stay. Staff were friendly and professional. The pool area was excellent, particularly the heated pool. Soooo good. Relaxed atmosphere for family stays. The tiny garbage bag in the kitchen bin in cabin no.8 did not really suffice, and we would really have appreciated a spare bag as well. We didn't ask for one, admittedly, so we'll never know if we may have been provided with another one or not. There were no towels at all provided for the sofa bed guests in room 103 and we would have loved for pool towels to be provided in the cabins. Small matters that could be easily rectified, really, by asking at reception, we're certain.

• Christina (7/5): Great family villas but wifi a downside - The amenities were great! Very family and children friendly! The villa we stayed in was clean, modern and a great and fitting size for our family. And we also enjoyed the board games that came with the villa and having our own bbq. The airconditioning was not strong enough (perhaps the filters need cleaning), suggestion to have at least 1 bathtub in the family villas for families with young children as shower floors were very slippery and unfortunately a downside was the wifi. We rarely got a good connection so we were not able to use the smart TVs in the villa as connection kept cutting off. So most of the time we were without wifi.

• Neil (7/5): Shady Cessnock Stay - The pool was very good and it was nice to sit on the patio in the evening. The cabin was set in a shady spot. The full size fridge was good. It was very small with just not enough power points. We had 3 cockroaches to kill during our stay. Lucky a can of bug spray was supplied. The parking under the tree led to my brand new car being covered with bird droppings. The internet was nonexistent.
