The beach is right there even thonit was raining it was a great trip The kids had hoped the heated pool was warmer but still swam and loved that it had a deep end

Jumping mat, swimming pool, playground, pool table, pizza oven, BBQ, beach access within 5 minute walk from room. Location was nice and isolated so coming Prepared was a bonus. Tidy grounds 👌

Splatters of previous visitors cooking on floor. We were all itchy, informed staff on early check out and was told - ‘yeah that happens’ only stayed one night of our booking.

- Annalie (5/5): - We have been going there for years So .. didnt like the new jumpy pillow ..its very thin and jumpers can feel the ground under it Didnt seem safe We stayed in the same room as.last year I took the drain out of Shower it was blocked I would suggest some drano or at least tell your staff cleaners to close Shower door behind then so they can see who's hair is on the inside!!

Great for children with jumping pillow and playground, has beach access. We rented a cabin nice hot shower good pressure , clean tidy room , set up with towels clean sheets and coffee tea etc. We were suprised to see a great lil food truck on site which was gret when not cooking. - Mark (10/5): - Overall ohiwa holiday park had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves with our family and slept with comfort which was great for the price. To be honest there is nothing I couldn't fault. Maybe salt and pepper sachets in the rooms maybe a better option but we didn't mind to come to reception to grab.

- Courtnay (8/5): - Absolutely amazing views, unreal experience with location of place couldn't have asked for better. I slept on pull out couch and let my sister take the double bed, was bit uncomfortable with size of the mattress was bit thin and there was not spare blanket in cupboard so if you thinking about doing similar set up then definitely bring some sort of small roll out liner for mattress too add comfort and ask for blanket at reception.

- Ramanui (10/5): Amazing getaway - So much things for the kids to do, we didnt even have to leave the park. We booked 4 rooms for the whole family, even my 94yr old grandmother. Everyone loved it. The only downfall was we wish it was longer. Lady at reception was incredibly patient with all our kids and questions and very helpful.

We appreciated being able to spend quality time with our kids in a safe, quite & friendly environment. We happened to be right next to the park, so the kids were able to pop out and play whenever they pleased. Our cabin was cute and cozy & done us well, a walk away from the beach, the games room and the pool - bliss. Definitely not a complaint, more of a suggestion - but maybe having a dustpan in the cabin would be handy for those (well people like me) who like to clean up/ sweep the floors up after kids have trampled grass/ sand thru the place & after having a kai & getting crumbs everywhere lol.

- Parnila Chand (9/5): Awesome 👌 - Very beautiful place. Our room was so luxurious. Loved it. Maybe just needed a broom or some kind of brush so we can collect our tiny rubbish from the floor ourselves.

Our unit was brilliant, with everything we needed – a full fridge, well-equipped cooking area, and plenty of fresh towels for all of us. We especially loved sitting on the deck overlooking the playground, which made it feel relaxed and family-friendly. The grounds were tidy and welcoming, and we will definitely be back in summer to enjoy it again!

For example, our toilet hadn’t been cleaned properly, neither had the shower. Other things like linen provided seemed clean but simple things like the toilet and shower not being clean were unsettling.
