• Chetansh (9/5): - We liked the location with large green front and a lovely backyard, a 5 minute drive from the city centre. The hostess Tanya stocks the semi-detatched villa (it should not be called apartment!) well not only with all the cutlery, pans, tea, coffee, etc. but also salt and pepper, washing powder, a small Weber barbie in the backyard, and so on. The decor is quite fresh. The sofa bed seems a bit dated.

Great modern kitchen that had everything we needed. Beautiful location! Loved that there was onsite undercover parking. Great water pressure and loves tvs in each room. Also loved a dining area that accommodated everyone. Just tiny things - body wash would be better than tiny soaps and the toilet paper and tissues were very thin. We were quite hot as the under floor heating seemed to always be on.

• Katherine (6/5): Great location in quiet area but needs a good clean and new pillows - Good location and fairly quiet area with pretty rural outlook. Spacious apartment and courtyard (4B). Floor heating made the cooler weather bearable and additional reverse cycle took the chill away. Apartment was not clean and did not look well looked after. Needs a good deep clean especially on and around cabinets and furniture and showers were mouldy. Leather lounge was falling apart and left bits on black clothes. Pillows are so flat and uncomfortable, all guests ended up with stiff necks- need to be replaced asap or guests should bring their own!

• Matthew (10/5): Lovely apartment on the outskirts of Armidale - Modern, well designed and appointed apartment. Rated 4 stars but I don't know what more could be done to the property for it to be rated 5 stars. Excellent bed. Great location for us as it was a couple of klms from Armidale centre and close to the university. Rural setting with a gentle horse in an adjacent paddock who likes apples. Nothing. Maybe a dishwasher might be an improvement for those staying for a lengthy period who want to cook their own meals.

The large undercover parking was a real bonus. Can't think of anything at all.

• Geoff (9/5): Comfortable stay in a property that matched it’s description. - it worked well for our group of four (two couples), with two en-suite bedrooms. Good amount of space, good facilities and a good location for out of town. No outdoor power points for electric vehicle charging.
