We really appreciated it! - they upgraded us to a 2 bed villa which was fabulous. it was clean and refurbished, even had a dishwasher. we were impressed by the spaciousness of the villa and it more than exceeded our expectations. only thing was the fact that the bed moved every time you got in as it had rollers but that wasn't a major problem.

• Nicholas (7/5): Decent spot to stay for a little getaway - Good amenities for kids. Cabin was fairly clean. Minor fixes needed to be made around the park. Tv in multi cabins didn’t work. Our front door needed to be adjusted or we had to slam it open and shut. Beds could probably have been comfier.

• Jenna (7/5): It was a good getaway, but not the best Big4 - The deluxe cabin was really comfortable, spacious and clean. There were a few issues. They aren’t deal breakers but they should be looked at: 1. The road is mostly pebbled or something rather than fully concreted so the kids could only ride their scooters in a small portion. 2. The pool had absolutely no cover so while we were there it was 40 degrees and the pool was like a bath. 3. The jumping pillow also had no shade so most of the day it was unusable. 4. Karuah is actually really far away from everything, even though as the crow flies, it’s close. 5. The facilities were lacking a bit for kids- it would have been better if there was more shade.

• Jociese (10/5): Beyond expectations. - On the first day we arrived the staff at the reception were so friendly and helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Always answered any questions we had. The rooms were so clean and comfortable and had a lot of room with the amount of people we had, absolutely loved the space to park our cars. So many things to do and all the kids always had something to do. I also loved the friendly people around the area. We had a large group.of people stay there with us so they absolutely catered to everything that we needed. I would absolutely go back there again. I would rate this place 10/10. Absolutely nothing

There was an infestation of cockroaches - they appeared on the last night. Some were huge and lots of tiny ones. I reported this to the staff to have the room fumigated.

Garden Villa number 4 needs a double power point between the beds so guests can use mobile devices while in bed. One double power point in kitchen and one near the dining table.

Staff were extremely helpful, and the cabin is spacious, quiet and very comfortable. Amazing showers and is self-contained with everything you need but to be honest I ate at the local restaurants, and they did not disappoint either. Do yourself a favour and stay here if only to just enjoy the ambience of the place. Nothing. It was perfect

• Pierre (1/5): Absolutely revolting. Uncomfortable. Pathetic. - I liked the pictures on the internet when I made the booking but it was the total opposite in reality once I arrived. The pictures on the internet are deceiving. The property photos on the internet are deceiving. The “DV” was filthy. The lounge had a stain that smelt vile which made the room smell like vomit. It says the property has internet/wifi available and on arrival it wouldn’t connect (it is 2025). I don’t believe there is internet available at all. The male who answered the phone regarding after hour enquiries had no idea how to solve the situation and told us he couldn’t do anything about it. I payed insurance for no reason because there is no benefits if you pay the insurance (another deceiving component). The lady when we were leaving was morbid and it was like she didn’t want to be there or address any concerns I had. I have attached pictures of the other reservation I had to make the same night due to the property being unacceptable and having no internet connection which I require for my work. I payed extra to stay in another location.
• Leanne (3/5): Good until the morning we left - The park was set out well. The cabin was clean and fresh. Best of all the beds were great. Nothing worse than going away and the beds are like concrete. The morning we left there was not water at all. I called the emergency to be told there was a problem and the plumber was coming to fix it. I wish they would have said it was only the cabins and the toilets and shower in the main facility worked. It was not a good start to a long drive.

• Kaley (9/5): Comfortable , private and relaxed. - Quiet location near the water. The smell of the cleaning products were overwhelming and felt toxic. It’s not necessary to use overly perfumed products with chemicals in this day and age.
