Michelle (9/5): When location, cleanliness and comfort count! - The price was unbeatable for the comfy and clean rooms and the location was perfect! Our rooms were small BUT we were in Parkes for a festival and were literally sleeping and showering so the rooms were ideal for what we were after. We did not mind where we parked as we were all able bodied, but others may. Parking isn't allocated and is on first in basis. There is plenty of parking for everyone if you don't mind not parking in front of your room.

Paul (3/5): Memphis motel Parkes - The bed was comfy and the fridge was a good size The bathroom was way to small no where to put you stuff or clothes, the shower drain must have been blocked as the water came up the drain and on to the bathroom floor, and the bedside lights didn't work even though there were globes in them. Overall not a very good experience for the money they charged will not be going there again 😕.

NoelFlowers (10/5): Awesome! - a) it's a LOVELY place; b) The reception experience was warm and friendly c) my room is GORGEOUS - "Elvis" theme d) I asked if I could check in as soon as I arrive in Parkes (12:30PM) so that I dont have to try and find a coffee shop to work from, and she was happy for me to check-in earlier than 2PM. Also said that I can leave by 12PM tomorrow, if need be, which is great because I do have online meetings which will run over the 10AM check out. Would I stay here again? 1,000% all good

One of the reading lamps above the bed was lose, but besides that, the main room was very comfortable with a larger fridge, microwave, new a/con., plates etc., even facilities for ironing clothes. Good and easy access and parking. The bathroom I had was very tiny with only one small shelf so I had to put my cosmetics etc. in the bedroom near the fridge which was quite inconvenient, and I was the only occupant. It was quite noisy from traffic during the night.

Harriet (8/5): Convenient, clean, comfortable and good value. - Room was comfortably cool on arrival, comfortable bed, good towel,bath mat, toiletries supply. Good size fridge.Value for money. Could have done with teaspoons and a bit more crockery.
Glenn (9/5): Really nice place to stay. - We liked everything about our stay, we could have our 2 dogs. Nothing really.

Even to the point of volunteering additional towels so I could take my son swimming in the pool (which I hadn't planned on)I understand the motel was let go under previous management however the new managers are going above and beyond to rectify any issues. Nothing, comfortable stay and great value for money

suzanne (6/5): good value for money for an overnight stay - nice firm bed and good pillows. larger fridge appreciated though it was a tad noisy. i liked having plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, cutlery, washing detergent, a chux and a tea towel available parking at door location to town toaster had loads of burnt crumbs not sure what the powdery film was inside of kettle so chose not to use it. scary resident a few doors away who appeared to have tourettes or some other "issue" also late at night (near midnight) some other guy sitting outside 2 doors down making grunting noises

Deborah (8/5): Clean, well presented room. Highly recommend. - We stayed overnight, passing through as we travelled from Noosa to Melbourne. Our room had been very nicely renovated, the room was very well presented and we enjoyed a movie on the large tv before calling it a night. We have stayed in a number of different places in Parkes over the years of doing this trip and this was possibly the best. I’d certainly stay here again and would recommend it to others as a nice stop. Nothing
