- Fiona (8/5): Oceanview - What a beautiful place to stay by the ocean. There were marks/stains on the bedding in one of the rooms. Starter pack provided for some things - washing liquid, dishwashing tablets, soap, tea, coffee, milk only. Missing starter packs for extra toilet role for the main toilet, extra bin lining in the kitchen, salt or pepper sachets & laundry powder. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and the view! Reception lady was lovely!

- Martha (6/5): - This was a spacious 2 bedroom apartment opposite the beach and in walking distance to everything. I couldn't fault the location or the complex. The apartment itself was dated and the cleanliness itself not up to standard (dusty behind furniture and old stained blankets in cupboard). No doonas provided. The TV in the lounge did not work. As we were out and about most of the time it wasn't a big deal and we only stayed for the weekend but for a longer stay these issues really need to be addressed.

- Lucas (10/5): Good all rounder - Great location. Great apartment. The complex is literally a bit complex to navigate but it's good for families with pool and gym facilities, it's also quite for couples + by the beach, and the apartments can accommodate a lot of people for a group.

- Chris (8/5): - Amazing location, the property itself was a bit dated, rust on things from the seaside location, a bit of love and the owners could make it amazing. Communication was a bit poor, we were told reception would be open until 2pm but it was closed much earlier, we felt we were inconveniencing the manager to get the fold out bed we arranged and paid for but wasn't there when we got there. Putting these minor things aside the location completely makes up for this. And the fridge/dishwasher/and other amenities were good. Ice and cold water great.

- Ely John (6/5): - We stayed in one of their garden apartment with 3 bedroom for a family of six. Cons: There was a used towel inside the wardrobe with stains-? Make up? a stain(dirt?) on one of the bed sheet. No room service even though we stayed for 7 days(i was initially told room service would be provided “midway” of our stay). They dont provide additional rubbish bags, toilet papers, soaps etc- even if you’re staying for a week and there’s 6 of you in the apartment- just the initial 1 soap per bathroom and 1 small standard shampoo and body gel bottles- luckily enough the lady at the reception still gave me some additional rubbish bags. Pro: Just a few steps away from the beach. Close to shopping malls. Quiet area. Spacious apartment.

- Verified traveler (6/5): A little tired, but fabulous space - This apartment was in a super ground-floor position by the hotel's pool, with a very large private terrace. Unfortunately the decor is a bit "tired" and there were tears in some of the furniture and fly screens. The kitchen was well equipped but the whole flat had an unfortunate smell about it and was somehow a bit "sticky" - as if fried food had been cooked in the kitchen, bit it had not been cleaned properly afterwards. The Terrace and outside table had definitely not been cleaned at all.

Two of the beds had dirty doona covers and hair on the sheets. The manager would not clean them. We had to leave early due to covid restrictions coming in after 2 days of a 7 day stay and we were refused a refund or credit. Dirty beds smelly rooms, and belligerent hosts

Washing machine and dryer plus kitchen made for an easy stay. 600m from a shopping centre and restaurants plus only 100m to the beach. Car park was a little tight, but an allocated spot undercover (and secure) was reassuring. However, Apartment was showing its age and needed a refurb and maintenance. Aircon only in the main room and fans in the bedroom weren't really enough. Nice LCD TV was paired to a DVD and VHS (Yes - VHS!) player. Foxtel box was great addition.
