• Cheryl (8/5): Very central, comfortable albeit it ordinary room. - I was staying alone but felt safe and the motel was easy to find. Very central. Clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A full length mirror would be good. I was attending a wedding and had no way of knowing I was properly put together. Breakfast was very ordinary. Brewed coffee would have been nice.

• Barbara (7/5): Once we gained access the hotel was nice - shame to have to go out to find dinner after 8 hr drive. - Ok but not brilliant for partner who is gluten free As we came from UK we couldn’t use our phones to summon receptionist so we’re left standing outside knocking on door until someone heard us (15min) Perhaps a doorbell to get attention instead of a phone number might be a thought?

• Andrew (9/5): Good, but relatively expensive. - The Continental Breakfast was very good with all the usual offerings. Perhaps, some fresh fruit would be nice as well. The air-conditioner was very good and operated quietly. The size of the bedroom and bathroom were both good. It's a pity the bathroom didn't have a window for outside ventilation. The bed needed a warmer quilt so that we wouldn't have had to operate the air-conditioner all night - we did find an extra blanket, but even that wasn't sufficient for the single digit overnight temperatures.

• Jenny (8/5): Great accommodation - As we were arriving late the staff had the heater on which was such a welcome gesture. Comfortable bed and great shower, the room was nicely presented and clean. There were no tea or sweetners and the EV charger didn’t work for us. (Great they have two on site though) Tea and sweeteners and more milk and an EV charger that works or instructions in rooms for guests if there is extra tutoring needed on it
• Janet (4/5): Good sized rooms but in need of an overhaul - The room was spacious and included a kitchenette and dining table and the location was away from traffic noise. We were very disappointed with our room. The bedspread was dirty, the room smelled stale, the carpet was stained and bunched up in spots and the bathroom was in need of a heavy duty clean. The grout was dirty, the shower screen opaque with soap scum, the shower seal was mouldy and the towels were frayed.
