The bathroom was fine. The continental breakfast was amazing with lots and lots to eat, if you wanted a feast.

We picked all our stuff off the floor and by the morning there were only a few left but didn't cause us any trouble other than just being there.

• Anita (10/5): Great little B&B - This small boutique B&B was close to my destination for the day. Glad I chose it. I arrived well after midnight, but that was no problem. Free room upgrade, which was clean and comfortable and well-appointed. Breakfast in the kitchen was continental style, but I elected not to have the eggs. Only complaint... they had run out of marmalade. The fantastic beach is very close by. Wish I could have stayed longer.
• Wendy (10/5): - From the greeting on arrival by Jacqui until the goodbye I could not be happier with the accommodation and facility offered. Room was clean and generous, breakfast selections wide and all you would ask for. Ideal location for purpose of my stay.
• linda (10/5): Boutique accommodation - We felt like we were home every night. We were visiting friends in Kwinana for a week and originally booked for 7 nights, but after deliberating we asked if Margaret had any spare rooms for the second week.. luckily we were able to stay for another 5 nights ( Easter on the weekend). This is THE BEST accommodation we’ve stayed in. Quiet, spotless clean, good location ( you will need a car), and really good value. Just be aware that some rooms have shared facilities ( not much of an issue) but if you prefer ensuite request it on booking. Highly recommend this B&B!
• Marco (10/5): Nice little paradise tucked away near the beach - Had a very pleasant night in this little B&B paradise with pool (didn't use it) and little court yard. Room was very decent and had a very good sleep (so beds were okay I think ;-) ). A DIY breakfast, so you decide when to have breakfast... Ample parking and very friendly people; made you feel right at home.
• Peter & Jean (10/5): - Friendly staff and also other visitors - close to Safety Bay and beaches. We enjoyed a leisurely stroll for several kilometres along the sandy coastline - pristine water and no rubbish on the beach. Well done to the local residents and others. Very clean and comfy premises.
• Caznatmac (10/5): Great Place for a Sleepover - The owners were very welcoming and offered us a discounted room upgrade on arrival which we were happy to accept. The room was spacious, comfortable, modern with a great little patio fronting a lush green rear garden. The pool looked very inviting but unfortunately we did not have time to have a dip. Breakfast was serve yourself style which suited us perfectly as we could sleep in as long as we wanted. It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay and we would have no reservations in recommending this B&B to others.
• Stephanie (10/5): - Lovely B&B just 10 mins drive from the centre of Rockingham. Great set up with each room having access to a shared kitchen and BBQ area as well as in room tea/coffee and small fridge. Rooms are in an annex to the owners property. Good selection for the continental breakfast too and you can have it whenever you like as it’s serve yourself.
• Felicity (8/5): Pleasant - A nice little B&B. Everything we needed, but we couldn't get the air-conditioner to work. Other than that, no complaints.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Room was very small and was not the one shown when booking the room. Unexpectedly, we did not have an onsuite bathroome. The TV was very small and the DVD was player broken. Everything was clean.
• Sue (10/5): Lovely place to stay. A little gem - Our only regret was that we were only there for 3 nights. We loved it all .Perfect - Michelle looked after us brilliantly. The pool was great. . Location- so near the beach. Good base for exploring the area. Nice large breakfast kitchen. Well stocked fridge for brekki. So relaxing to be able to come and go as you pleased. We had no idea about this place when we booked out trip to Australia but we are so glad that we found it. I little gem in Perth. Will be returning on our next trip . Thanks so much xx

• Warren (8/5): Nice stay a short stroll to the beach - This is a nice little spot a short stroll to the beach. The room and bathroom were beautifully clean though there isn't all that much room in the room itself. The room opened out on a shared courtyard and garden and the breakfast was provided in a shared space too. The feeling is very open and welcoming and there is a beautiful pool available for use at the front of the property.

Neat, clean and modern bedroom, kitchen and bathroom (amazing shower). The owners were very friendly and provided a great range of breakfast options to eat at your leisure. The pool looked amazing but sadly weather was cold. Would stay again

• Sharon (10/5): close to my family and friends - When I came to go to the Guest House I drove passed it 3 times before I found it, so would like to suggest that maybe the sign would be a bit bigger, so that the tree's don't hide it. I was made very welcome, it has one good feature the lady of the house was warm and nothing was to much trouble. Motels ten to be cold may welcome you at the front desk but when you are out of sight all you have is the room.

The room was well appointed and the new pool/gazebo decked area with woodfire oven and bbq complete with supplies makes me want to go back to share them! Will definitely head back when I need another day of R&R.
• Juxith (4/5): Ordinary B & B on the main road - Only about 24 hours notice that no one would be there. There was nobody to welcome us or give us ideas about what to do in the area, where to go for dinner etc. The worst thing was that we had to share the only bathroom with all the other rooms - we had no idea that was the case. We certainly would not have stayed there if we had known, & the price certainly did not reflect that. We had to organise our very ordinary breakfast with no fresh fruit, just small containers of tinned fruit. We did our own washing up. Taken singly these things are not make or break, but taken together added up to an annoying & uncomfortable stay.
