Haili (2/5): Disappointing - The location was really close to everything we wanted to do and the main strip for shopping and nice food places The customer service was honestly the worst part of this stay. We were not angry or aggressive at all — we simply called because our door would not lock before we went to bed, which is a pretty basic safety concern when paying for accommodation. We genuinely just needed help. Instead of being met with understanding or professionalism, the lady we dealt with spoke to us in such a belittling and rude manner. There were eye rolls, attitude, sass, and a tone that made us feel like we were an inconvenience for asking for help. It was incredibly uncomfortable and honestly quite upsetting considering we had called the exact number provided in their message saying, “If you have any problems or worries please call us.” We were already trying to overlook a number of issues with the room itself — a window that wouldn’t close, a shower head that sprayed water everywhere except onto us properly, a rusting heater attached to the wall, and towels that felt unpleasant to use. We were willing to let most of that slide despite the amount we paid. But the way we were spoken to completely changed the experience. There is a respectful and humane way to talk to customers, especially ones who were calm and simply asking for assistance. Unfortunately, this experience was far from professional and absolutely not worth the money.

Apartment rooms are fully furnished, and you can shut the room right up, not hearing a thing from other rooms. Nothing that wasn't unpleasant but as there are refurbs happening, the a working fan makes all the difference.

Just walked across the road and into the park. Could not have been easier. Nice private pool. The bathroom in the disability studio unit flooded each time you used the shower.

Only really tired part was the bathroom but it was clean and the shower pressure was great. Walking distance to the Mount too but also a cheap uber ride. Didn't not like it but you could probably get rid of Sky and just have chrome cast capability.

Short walk to the beach and a great walk to the Mount via the edge of the water. Has a little road noise but this stops in the evenings. Cooking facilities, great bed and shower. Staff/service could have been much more attentive along with advertised facilities that work. It didn't have a warm feeling about it so we wouldn't stay again.

Easy to arrange a later check in with the friendly, helpful staff. Some of the room furniture is a little tired (eg table etc) but I understand the new owners plan to replace that.
andrea (10/5): It was perfect for what we needed - To be honest it could do with a little upgrading but the host made the stay perfect, so accomodating. The couch only sits two at a squeeze and is really uncomfortable

william (8/5): No comment. - Location great as near sports facility attending. Having an ice try in fridge. Salt that was in cupboard was wet and was not filled when room serviced. Was left in visible place with note attached.
