Bedding was clean , floors were clean but still had very dull look of the room . cleaned bins , room freshners , cleaned toilet .Should have opened the room in day to give it bit alive feeling with room spray on linen.

Well maintained area and personable owner. The shower has no door, consequently shower splash is easy to get out of control. The toilet paper holder was hanging loosely, could have been easily fixed prior to the stay.

The motel was in a great location, close to town and very quiet. It would be good to have a summer weight doona in hot weather although there were blankets in the cupboard which were a good substitute.

Simona (5/5): Würde ich nicht noch einmal buchen - Zentrale Lage in Phillips Island Es war eine Last-Minute-Buchung, von dem her darf man wahrscheinlich nicht zu viel erwarten. Für 200$/ Nacht stimmte das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis allerdings nicht. Das Zimmer war sehr alt und rustikal. Vor allem das Badezimmer liess, was die Sauberkeit betrifft, zu wünschen übrig. Überall waren Spinnweben und der Duschvorhang war voller Schimmel. Kann ich nicht empfehlen

I like they have got Netflix Disney etc on tv without us having to log in. You can see they have really thought it through and taken good care of their guests. A pleasant stay. Thank you! The room is a bit outdated. It would be great if they do a little Reno.

AMRUTA (9/5): I would recommend this hotel for an affordable short stay - The Hotel is not too far from the Penguin parade, but it's very close to the Cowes beach. The room was big enough for a family of 4. Amenities were basic and enough for the stay. parking space was good and in front of the room. Water supply was excellent with hot water at right temperature. Room heater was in good condition too. Best part is the TV which was a smart one and the little ones can enjoy their YouTube videos or other streaming platforms.

LoulaK (9/5): Perfect Stay - Excellent location, very quiet yet only a few minutes walk to main town centre where there are many options for food. Check in was smooth and the owner was welcoming and friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Room is a bit dated and bathroom needs a bit of an upgrade, however everything was really clean and the bed was very comfortable so our stay was nice.
