Travelled 7.5hrs with a 94yr old fellow traveller only to arrive at a cabin where not all the beds were made up and we had terrible noise for the next two days nextdoor to our cabin when we were trying to get rest. Won't be coming back.

These caravan park is in a great position on the front beach and very close to all the attractions . Would stay again The bed was too small and bedroom small . • Saurabh (10/5): Excellent stay with Family! - I had a pleasant stay here. The location was fantastic—peaceful and convenient, making it easy to relax and explore the area. The cabins were of a decent size and came equipped with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall experience. Would definitely consider staying again! NA

• Jennifer (9/5): Close to harbour view and lighthouse in a cabin. - A comfortable cabin for a short stay. Close to the lighthouse and view of the port. A little more space would have been good but then I would have to pay more and the cabin was quite adequate for one night.

Recommended. - Our cabin had the air conditioning already turned on, so it was warm inside which was a nice welcome. Electric blankets on the bed - BLISS!! Everything we needed was supplied. Great value for money. Location is great - very close to the main shopping precinct. The historic Portland tram stop is just outside the front gate. I found the electric stove tricky to use even with the step-by-step instructions on the wall, and I didn't like it. I bought a small electric skillet from a local store to use rather than use the stove.

• Kenneth (9/5): Thoroughly enjoyed the 1 night stay. - The 2 bedroom unit was better than advertised and perfect for wheelchair access. A great location overlooking the bay with the sound of waves crashing onto the rocky shore. Nothing to dislike.

The only thing that could have made the stay five stars is if there was a dishwasher. Cleaning dishes while on holiday is not exactly fun 😉

• Amy (8/5): Family stop over - We were running late and the property contacted us with self check in instructions. We enjoyed walking nearby and checking out the lighthouse and beach. There was no oven in our cabin, we went to the camp kitchen but it wasn’t working there either. We had to used the pizza oven - which thankfully was already running for other guests.

And when we arrived, to our surprise we were told we had been upgraded for free to a nicer cabin which was double the price of the one we had originally booked. This was such a nice surprise and the cabin we stayed in was fantastic. It had access to a walk that took you to the beach and a nice view of the lighthouse. We really loved our stay!

• Robert (10/5): Exceptional accommodation in a great location - The cabin was exceptional providing all the facilities of a home away from home. A quiet location with a short walk into the town. Checkin process was very efficient and staff were very helpful.

The double bed was very small for a couple and the bunk room claustrophobic and only suitable for small children. Sone of the pillows were too bulky and hard. However, I enjoyed my stay and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly :)

I love your park. Maybe an electric blanket or small tv in smaller bedroom with single beds. The Tv connections were in the wardrobe, but no Tv. only a small suggestion.

• Janet (9/5): Only overnight, but very pleasantly surprised. We'd happily stay there again. - The cabin we stayed in was very well set up and comfortable. I was surprised that there was a well equipped kitchen and that the cabin itself was so spacious. I was expecting a cramped 'caravan' type experience but was pleasantly surprised. As a bonus, there was a koala in a tree just above our cabin!! The managers were very helpful in recommending somewhere to buy dinner and we enjoyed walking along the clifftop and taking in the views. The park appeared to be extremely well maintained. It was early in our trip so we didn't use the laundry etc, and of course had our own en suite, but all of the facilities looked to be in good order. Everything was pretty good actually. As we were travelling as a couple, we used the spare room (with bunk beds) to store out luggage. If we'd been a family that needed to use both rooms things would probably have been a bit cramped (i.e., not many places to stash suitcases etc out of the way).
