- Shamaiah (10/5): Felt very safe and secure, all our needs met. The shops, petrol station and main road 1 minute away. - The location was perfect nicely tucked away from main road so very quiet which was nice. Staff we didn’t get to interact but knew they were there. The room was perfect had everything we needed and more x car parking perfect and safe. If it wasn’t raining we would have taken advantage of the beautiful pool and spa. Nothing really buy if I had to not pick maybe that the bathroom didn’t have a screen on the window.

- Anita (1/5): - The rooms smelled stale burn marks on the bedding, beds had huge dip in them property wasn't like the photos at all very run down and the company around the property made you feel unsafe, couldn't follow through with my accommodation here due to violence on the property so we left.. got a full refund which was good just disappointing that it wasn't like the pictures, maybe they need to do a revamp.

- Debra (4/5): This was unclean - Area There was someone shirt, a can of opened alcohol under the bed. Had not been vacuumed for a long time. Blankets were dirty. No air conditioner controller. Smelled of smoke.
- Jill (1/5): NOT HAPPY JAN - Absolutely nothing The smell that hit us wen walking into the room made me sick,the amount of roaches that I squished was shocking,the bed still had previous occupants underwear and hair ties (that was full of hair) in the bed,under the covers. The layer of thick dirt that was not only on the floor but In the cupboard,on the cutlery/plates/glasses is certainly worth a health inspector visit. Wen it came time to shower HA hot water? Wat hot water...I ran the shower for 30mins prior to getting in to see if it was going to get any hotter,nope so a cold,no pressure,little trickle of cold water it was.. the amount of dead beat drug induced ppl that were walking/hanging round the property was alarming..over all,I give this property a -10 !!!! VERY VERY disappointing for the price,I mean,they should have paid ME to stay there after all...!!!...

I didn’t like that my room was so close to the entrance and that I could see everything that was going on and people could see right into my room. I didn’t like that some other guests were having issues with each other and causing a fuss outside.

I should have looked at pics more - Staff member was nice and helpful, location is good and great to have park right outside room. I didn't look at the photos in enough details when booking. The decor and fitout and maintenance was not something that I could cope with. We didn't stay. I booked another place and moved my parents out. It is just my personal taste. In my room the shower drain was held in by cable ties.

- VINCENT (6/5): - It is an older establishment so you have to look at it from that perspective. It was.probably great in its day. It served our purpose. We needed a place for the night and we got that. The Man who checked me in provided good service and showed me to my room and showed me how to use the combination lock. It has free parking. It has popl. Amenities worked. It isn't a Hyatt Hotel or Meriton Meriton Apartments so don't go there judging it based on those newer, more expensive.accommodations. if you need something on the inexpensive side, for a night or a few nights then you can try this place out. It is also not far from Brisbane Airport. Cupboard door could do with a wee bit of oil. I ended.up with bed bugs :-(

- Strugnell (1/5): Motel from Hell - The location was close to the airport carparking. Nothing. The second bed was not made up. The room smelled of smoke. 1 teabag, nothing else. 1 very small bar of soap for 2 people. Front curtains didn't meet. The bathroom curtain was a pillow case nailed to the window sill. The toilet bowl was cracked. A car was being repaired in the car park. There were at least 3 permanent residents who liked to argue in the early hours of the morning.

But the owner came out at 2 in the morning and told the lady that was screaming to leave, so I guess that was a plus.. something they can't help with if people act.

- Geoff (2/5): - The room was falling apart, has a terrible smell, is presented poorly, needs desperately to be updated. Light fittings need cleaning / replacing (one was held together with tape) Bathroom window needs replacing Paint in all areas is peeling off. Where repainting has been done it looks like a child did it with overpainting everywhere. Fridge has rust in it. TV has a light that blinds you in the night. Curtains in the rear of the room are offcut pieces of fabric. Tiles in the bathroom are missing and painted over poorly. Bathroom fittings old and worn. Storage drawers falling apart. No flywire screen on the only widow that can be opened (bathroom). Noise at 6 am from someone collecting laundry. Front desk not manned, ring the bell and nothing happens. Ring the phone and get someone who isnt there. Clean up the carpark area, get rid of the old car being stored there.

The room smelt like bleach but later realised that was to cover up the urine and animal smell. The property is literally a half way house for the crack heads of Brisbane with people coming and going at all hours! The room itself was riddled with cockroaches. The bathroom filthy and the attempted paint job looks like it was done by a small child. This place really needs to be rerouted to the health department and certainly shouldn’t be operating as a ‘motel’. I’ve stayed in nicer backpackers for $30 per night vs the $160 I paid for this dump!

Gauges out of walls, bedside lights didn’t work, no towels, no soap, bed was like concrete, broken bathroom louvres, graffiti on bathroom wall and very old furniture. The air con, tv and hot water all worked well. It’s a huge shame as this motel is in a beautiful area and close to the races and shops but there is complete disregard from the owner to the maintenance of the rooms.
