• Joan (8/5): A good one night stay on our way to Geelong - Good location in the centre of Glenrowan opposite the visitor centre. Pleasant walk around town. Not the motels fault of course, but we were there on a Monday evening and there were no evening meal options that we could walk to. The pub next door was closed on Mondays.

• SuziinOz (10/5): - Great location for what I needed. Safe and secure for single female travelling. Easy walk next door for dinner at the hotel. Water took a while to heat up, but lovely once it did.
• Appers Dore (7/5): - convenient location to winton raceway room was quite small, tall cupboard meant you could only watch tv really if in double bed. toilet right next to other bed. having stayed previously i prefer the older style rooms. bugs were a nightmare doe to the outdoor lights and only 1 light switch for the whole room wasnt ideal

• Mario (6/5): If you're passing through and need a place for a night or two it's an affordable and clean option. - The place was exactly what I expected for the price I paid. It was close to the Winton race track which I was working at. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Could have had a bit more communication with the property through email. Wasn't told wifi password and there was no compendium in the room for any information about wifi access, local places to get food, tourist attractions and the like. There was a microwave in the room to heat up meals but no utensils or plates to eat with.

• andrew (8/5): simple quiet comfortable - would stay there again - Nice soft cosy bed - aircon can be put on silent setting for overnight cooler air and great sleeping - failry silent visit - pub meals available next door most (not all) days of week - room qiet and no leaking sound from neighbours - nice simple gravel paving and mini lawns up the back and I noted a BBQ area (though we didnt use it) - nice street walks for exercise to a couple of great coffee shops and the Ned Kelly memorial area wheel chair access to room not available - fridge but no kitchenette facilities provided - no sink in bathroom - mirror at back of tea making area not high enough to reflect head and shoulders of average height man - 'pet friendly' but at a hefty extra fee - no breakfast or meals available

• Roser (8/5): Amazing short staff in a great small town - Loved the little local motel . Lady running the place was so lovely to talk too . For a small town we spent hours walking the street and in the local shops ! Every shop owner was a delight to stop and chat too ! We will come back . Double bed . Would have loved a queen :)

Shower with rainshower head. Loads of bench space. Plenty of parking space, not height limited. Picnic tables available.

• Sonja (9/5): overall a very good Motel - Friendly obliging staff, lovely bathroom with a nice wide vanity suitable for two people to use together, nice location handy to a Hotel, A bedside drawer to put wallet, keys etc overnight.
• Chris (10/5): As above - Staff excellent, it's an older venue but with exceptional attention to detail regarding cleanliness and presentation. It was so good we stayed here again on our way back home. Clean Well presented, Nice touches like the towel arrangement on the bed.

• andrew (8/5): really good and we shall stay there again - room was good, bed was excellent - after I fiddled with the a/c a bit it was noce and silent and cool, the smoke detector went off about 30 min before we were leaving but a button press shut it up and the matter was reported - all fine will stay there again - excellent places for walking the dog around the motel and there was very little traffic noise - so - overall very happy waling on the compressed stone driveway is not for bare feet - a wheel chair entry to rooms is not possible - no meals offered

Our family had a great overnight stay on our way to the Spirit of Tasmania, including dinner at the pub next door and exploring Ned Kelly. Bathroom is functional but basic.
